@lordway After doing mine I would say lifting the bed would be a lot easier if you have the means. You shouldn't even have to remove the tank and the fuel pump module is located behind the cab. The wiring and fuel line is a lot easier to remove if the tank is still mounted.
@WhoSaidTyler If I send this truck down to you for awhile will the rust disappear? lol This truck is prime example of how much damage road salt and horse poop can do to a vehicle.
I have a 98 Ram 2500 and I believe my fuel pump just went. What is the best way to go? Drop the tank or lift the bed?
