@tiana1017 he might of said it because this song originated from the black church experience.. a black person wrote this decades ago and black choirs have been singing this for decades...you don't need anyone's approval to like this ... but it is what it is...so sad that so many churches are separated by race, but it is what it is and it's nice to see that some churches have a mixed culture...

There are very few white choirs that can out do a black choir or keep up with them for that matter, so he's giving these people the highest form of a compliment and he is so right, they're great. Jesus Can Work It Out is the first RAP Gospel song that I heard and that must have been over 40 years ago. Rap is not new. It started in Africa with the Griots. This is why when I hear "good" Christian putting RAP down as some "Devil Music", I laugh. Know you history and no one can make you feel bad about what makes you feel good.
