I understand him hypothetically, given that he’s a Western lawyer. His belief is one of many Western judicial system flaws. Unlike ancient Rwandan judicial system ( Gacaca ) where it values physical evidence over defense, Westerners values defense over physical evidence, and they would do any thing to defeat physical evidence. But this time is not gonna work. Not now, not in Rwanda
hahahhaa, with all due respect Prof. you mentioned KGB but you did forget to add CIA to the list. And it's no surprise prof. they indeed made KGB look amateur because they are trained by CIA. Any way, we love you prof. Rwandans are not that bad, we've just decide to " Use the Force to Prevent the Worse " for the common good. By the way Sir, did they take you to genocide memorials? if they didn't, they messed up. You should have seen what happened by your own eyes and may be you would've changed
@kirundo1 .Prof Erlinder can change. He is ashamed of his actions. At his age most professors think of how to leave a name like writing memoirs,or some kind research that could be memorable.Instead he chose to go into a fight with people who have lost almost everything and are consolidating the remains (i.e Rwandans). What a way to leave legacy in this world peter. You cant win this and i know deep within you that you messed up your reputation.
