if u want a history lesson here it comes.... the fore fathers of hip hop started rapping as a way of expression musically.... and the party songs were a glimpse into their lives.... the reason they had to do this was because school budgeting was cut in inner cities and a lot of schools cut their music programs.... now in the infancy of hip hop from 1979 to the mid 80's there was a lot of focus on partying because the birth of hip hop came on the brooklyn streets at block parties.... however
