I have a little confusion. I have followed your preserve baseband method to upgrade my iphone 4. I use a gevey sim. Now I have ios5.0.1 unlocked using gevey with the older baseband.

Now if I have to jailbreak do I have to again use the custom ipsw or should i just go ahead and jailbreak using latest version of redsnow. Will this upgrade my baseband? Current baseband - 4.10.01

@cole5234 No. Pod2g is currently working on the iPad 2 and the iPhone 4s. The iPhone 4s and the iPad 2 have the A5 processor, so it will take a bit longer for a jailbreak for it.
