For a smoothed out urban style of swing I recommend the DVDs from Steven Mitchell. He trained with Frankie Manning, one of the original Savoy ballroom dancers.
this looks a lot like the "bop" or the "latin hustle"!! and since i'm a chicago stepper, i can see that its basically 8 steps which can be put to either a 6 count or an 8 count but steppin looks way cooler!!
