its funny how i strive to hear weird/crazy/scary music such as this, i think when you listen to enough "normal" music where it's just verse chorus verse, you go out of your way to find something different. im sure thats what the members of this band and other bands like this one meant to do, to be unique and be there for those who want this kind of stuff

@TheAnonymousAnomie Yes me too. This stuff is way less punishing than anything by Britney Spears et al. ad nauseum. woah its been a while since my nww/industrial faze. forgot how awesomely terrifying it all was. feels like it comes from a different, paranoid, nightmarish world. definitely influenced me a lot.
first time i've listened to this Nurse ... very spanning, cinematic, encapsulating. It all feels very elongated and investigated. Like taking a feelin / note and stretching it, holding it so you're almost able to bend time having the pleasure to listen to it. Feels like something that could have featured in both Seven Samurai and Eraserhead. Me gusto.
@handofsutekh Thank you for replying. I had no idea that my comment had been marked as spam. But yes. I thought "Eraserhead" was an inspiration to this piece. Love your Dr Who inspired screen name as well.

I don't know if it's already been said in the comments, but this probably isn't official. At 3:25, there is an image which I'm pretty sure is from Aphex Twin's video "Rubber Johnny."
@pavleja so why the fuck did you comment that would be like going into a restaurant and saying i dont like any thing they have here and leaving what the fuck is the point
@adiostraitorobama What a nice thing to say. You get a million thumbs up and gold stars for being so supportive, and, well, it was such a generous thing to say. Have a great evening.:)
@ashan1970 There's just so much wind sound, not much change, and the door never gets opened. Well I didn't watch the whole thing. It reminds me of a tape loop. I just am not moved by it. I suppose blurting out "Booring" was a bit negative or aggressive, I just don't like it. The images aren't creepy or weird enough. I do like the title itself a lot, but that's about it. I like "A Sucked Orange (1/2)" and "The Bottom Feeder."
@jeffdeanable Fair enough,I guess the door never being opened is part of the atmosphere,it did my head in but in a frustrating way maybe that's what they wanted.I think some of the images are quite demented,I liked the profile of the bearded almost satanic looking bloke, and the laughing fellow at the end is kind of weird(he's definitely not normal!)But if tour looking for something more extreme I can see this might be a bit vacuous!Again not particularly extreme but Coil FFMAVD is pretty good
@ashan1970 Can't seem to locate the Coil song, can you assist? Well, in conclusion to our Neighborhood discussion, you can't please everyone all the time, right? As it should be. I've just discovered SPK. Better late than never. I really like some of the sounds they put out. Real unique. Some of it reminds me of Crass. Tell me who else to check out. Onward.
@jeffdeanable Hey there,The Coil track is called 'first five minutes after violent death'
there is actually a link to the right as I type this, the page being the nurse with wound track. Also a pretty intense track with an amazing video is Non,Total war, quite extreme but not necessarily what it seems...
@ashan1970 Just to say ,the non video is the one with Donald Duck in it!Also Current93 'Panzer at the gates of ruin' is quite nice and pyschic t.v. 'the wolf pack' is good a little tricky to locate though.Of course none of these may be to your liking but I think they have an intensity that I like. Finally Lustmord Heresy track 2 I absolutely love, genuinely hope you like some of this ,apologies if you already know of them.........
@ashan1970 Actually talking about folk stuff, have you checked out 'Death 'in June' some of there political views are dubious but it is beguiling stuff none the less.As long as you keep a sense of your own perspective
@jeffdeanable Haven't checked it out but will do.Also just listened to some SPK never heard them before, pretty crazy for '79,I guess your sensibilities lie with industrial!Good stuff though
For the people that can't understand how someone could listen to something like this, let me offer an explanation of what it means to me -- I call music like this 'gargoyle music' - something so 'ugly' that it keeps the demons away, via a very cathartic and intense manner...
@UnderTheNorthernMoon Kinda. This song does remind me of Decay 2(Nihil's Maw). This group doesn't appear to have any organic instrumentals though. I like Sunn cause they bring the fucking pain with those super heavy guitars.
