Ms Daisy Vasquez (still with Securitas in Los Angeles California) took a one sided noted while Ms Saron Gonzalez was seeking information that favored them [Securitas].
As a result of how I was ignored, I lost respect for Sharon Gonzalez and Carol Mitchell who I had met in May 1982 when they were working for Intercon Security in Pasadena California.
I lost a job due to a overstated accusation (from Donald Ponschke that my fellow guard could have debunked his complaint) that a well conducted investigations would had disproved the complaint.
Ms Sharon Gonzalez, Ms Carol Mitchell, and Captain Edgar Escarcega of Securitas in Mid-Wilshire Los Angeles in May 2008 did not allow the use of Alternate Dispute Resolution as stated in the At Will Employment contract.
Securitas has a public contract with Los Angeles County.
Shit like this make me proude to be not only Swedish, but born and raised in Helsingborg. Even though iv worked for Group 4 Securicor for over 5 years and we are the largest security company in the world ;)
Do yourself a favor and never work for Securitas. They are dirtier than you can ever imagine. I have had to enlist the help of several agencies, an attorney, my congressman and the Governor's office in my state of Virginia to get some justice. They lie and cover up like you wouldn't believe.
I finished my traing on march 24 how long does it take till my guard card gets to me and how do i know if im hired or not?????
