I understand the MLD Power is for 9500rpm, CRRC is for realistic and achieveable 7500RPM so power for power they are pretty close. MLD is a bulkhead mount so wouldn't be suited for this model either. Weight for weight they are about the same too.
CRRC V2 is a beam mounted engine with inclusive engine mount and standoffs for bulkhead / radial style mount. Plane was purposely built to suit the CRRC which, being a profile, needs the bean mount style.
Awesome so far, starts great, loads of power and very flexible. still runing it in at the moment but can't wait till it has a gallon through it and it starts really performing
A MLD 28 cc might be a better choice. More power less weight.

It really is a superb package as is.

@jshipatbeck not complete it isn't and it is rear mounted, doesn't have a side exhaust oh the list goes on
