Harvey Dent is twoface..what this trailer again, watch for when the cup drops to the floor and the liquid poors out, the next scene is Harvey Dent on the floor saying "no!". most likely thats when the acid burns his face...

& most likely we'll see him in the end of the movie, thats how they always line it up for sequels, show you the next criminal.
