  • Yes, I say fence it in to primarily keep out the ganja and drug sales people who setup tourists so police can have their jailhouse lawyers fleece their families for everything they have. Happens everyday in JAMAICA! Daily ganja setups is BIG BUSINESS in JAMAICA!
