  • Excellent work - A lesson with tab will make you a fortune !!

  • put some pants on for pete's sake

  • @nicecoolbuddy Should have called it "Commando Blues..." perhaps... :-)

  • very cool, i love to improvise to that with the blues harp

  • Well cool

  • You should record more of you playing that G&L. A great guitar.

  • Hi Will. Whenever I hear you play I always feel obliged to respond but try and resist spontaneous responses. I've just finished an arduous day composing my latest and final essay for an OU course. Ive poured a G n T and I could not have chilled out to a better end to the evening. The Blues covers many moods, not least therapeutic. Thank you.

  • @MrBillbroonzy Finished the course, eh? Well done! Glad the blues added to the chilled G&T effect...:-)

  • Propre net et bien joué ! Merci pour ce bon blues.

  • Very nice, Will. Has the T-bone Walker feel to it. Nice double picking at the end too. A touch of Stormy Monday, for sure:)

  • Lovely laid back blues, really nice. Now where's my tumbler of malt and my cuban?

  • Niiiiiiicccce one Will! Look forward to the tutorial!

  • Aaaahhhh wonderful! I always look forward to your next video and this one fit the mood of the moment perfectly so late tonight.

  • Real smooth....loved it......Darrell

  • Really great playing.

  • HA cool! I love the light and campy feel of it.

  • Yes Will do a tutorial on this, please

    Blues und Gruß Mike

  • nice ...i can reaLLY FEEL THE BLUES WHILE LISTEN TO YOU 5*

  • Great playing...nice slow blues...where did you get that back-up track? I was using that 'hybrid' style of picking in '58 with a flat pick...just couldn't get the hang of a thumbpick!

  • @countryclassic The backing track is me - multi-tracked. The drums come from a Zoom machine - all the rest is live instruments. :-)

  • @HenfieldWill Thanks for the info

  • Looks like you hold the pick between the pads of the thumb & first finger. I do it the same way. Ive tried to change to hold the pick to the side of my first finger ( the CORRECT way according to most ) but after playing for 40+ years, pad to pad it is. Great playing.

  • @zoid52 Oddly enough, I hold the pick the "correct" way when playing rhythm guitar in my band! When I'm playing solo stuff, however, I like to use finger and thumb - like Jimi Hendrix... :-)

  • And you area back!
