You don't need an expantion pack. You just go to options and change the settings so you can see the other houses. That's what I did anyway. Hope it helped :)

Besides, there is no toaster oven in sims 3. The Chimney cap is not from 3, and on top of that the stupid plumb bob is white, also a sims 2 thing, not sims three.
