I was at that arvika concert and it changed my world. from being a depeche mode and 80´s synthpop fan, i became open for EBM in all its glorious forms because of this concert. For a few months i actually prefered the apop verion before the dm verion of this song. Apop forever.... and stop trying to be mainstream stefan:)

Depeche Mode is pretty damn hard to cover. This is a decent cover but probably Apop's worst cover. Rammstein did an okay job covering 'Stripped'. But as I said, it's a bitch covering Depeche Mode. They're fucking great!

I'm a huge fan of Apoptygma Berzerk and Depeche Mode both but Dave Gahan naturaly has a more audibly pleasing voice hands down. Stephan Groth voice tends to be kind of nasaly. But Groth is still a good singer. Gahan's voie is just fuller, clearer, and smoother.
