I lay down like this every day for 20-30 mins but then with my feet on a swiss ball. Helped to relief my back pain alot (f****** kyfosis)

@Pingu123489 Lie down in semi-supine for just one minute and do it ten times a day. That's ten times more effective than lying down once a day for thirty minutes -- even though you're spending a lot less time lying down.

Not risky, simple and effective. Thanks!

Thanks, @danielkirk1. The more often you do it, the more you'll realise how incredibly useful it is.

This is helpful. I can see all the people at the office dropping to the floor right now. Especially the ladies.

Did you try it out yourself? Why do you say "especially the ladies"?

My problem is not with the lower back. It is the tingling and pain in the right omoplata.

By "omoplata" do you mean your arm or shoulder?
@backmagician I'm sorry. I meant the scapula which is about 8 inches down the top of the shoulder.
