  • I lay down like this every day for 20-30 mins but then with my feet on a swiss ball. Helped to relief my back pain alot (f****** kyfosis)

  • @Pingu123489 Lie down in semi-supine for just one minute and do it ten times a day. That's ten times more effective than lying down once a day for thirty minutes -- even though you're spending a lot less time lying down.

  • My problem is not with the lower back. It is the tingling and pain in the right omoplata.

  • By "omoplata" do you mean your arm or shoulder?

  • @backmagician I'm sorry. I meant the scapula which is about 8 inches down the top of the shoulder.
