  • The workout is good, the people doing it are terrible. I'd be ashamed to go into a crossfit gym and workout if I was them.

  • haha @zazenzach you're funny man a body weight crossfit is harder than you think and no one really cares what weight you do pussh as long as you push your own limitations. and as for skinny men and woman watch the crossfit games one time bro you'll see not one of the athletes are skinny and they do heavy weight.. i would like to see you try a CF and see how you hold up

  • Its funny that people are laughing at this video...I am a two time all-american in the Heptathlon and Long Jump. I went to U of O. I am stronger than the average man...not to brag but its true. i just did this workout and had to look this up to see how others did. Except I used the man weight! Good job ladies! It IS HARDER than it looks! Muscle endurance IS NEEDED! Although I smashed it...it was challenging.

  • @code2high If you are looking for a challenge, go find good boxing club, hehe... If a coach is serious and the guys there are serious too, you'll have mental and physical challenges you won't find in CF

  • dont sweat the haters fellow crossfitters, I used to be just like them and though crossfit was easy and couldnt compare to weightlifting .....man i was wrong!!! when i completed filthy fifty i seriously felt like i got thru the hardest test in my life, by far the best thing to get in shape......and to the ignorant haters GIVE A TRY AND THEN COME AND TALK TO US!!!!

  • Just started crossfit and this stuff is harder than it looks. I've been in gyms for 20yrs and was bored stiff. Now i'm excited to see what the WOD is each day!

  • Seriously, what kind of freaking pull ups are those? Absolutely no benefit whatsoever.

  • Swings are done incorrectly. Only bring kb to chest level. Cheating so much on the pull ups by jumping. WTF? Knees to elbows, way too much momentum used thus not using core at all.

  • So, first of all sjktss is clearly no familiar with crossfit. Those are jumping pullups, kipping knees to elbows and KB can be and SHOULD be swung in a full range of motion! i bet you could get thru half that chicks workout haha

  • i've done this BS workout in 20 mins with real kb swings, real pull ups and real knees to elbows. no swinging around like a crossfag mororn or cheating like a crossfag. i stopped doing these BS workouts because they are for the weak. ain't gonna get stronger overhead squating 25lbs for 21 reps. such utter BS and i'm sick of seeing pansies wearing crossfag shirts. homos. I KILL YOU FAGS!

  • swings are supposed to be done to chest level, not beyond, as well. i'd rather listen to the russians when it comes to kb training than an uneducated crossfag person.
