  • Yes , if you are not in full contract you can always renegotiate the price . If.u are in full.contract , hopefully u have a.SUBJECT TO.CLAUSE within the contract that states the offer is subject to.an.inspection .if.you find items during the inspection u can renegotiate the price or back.out of the deal. Hope that helps

  • Hi i'm in california and maid an offer and got a yes on it but I just found out that the roof is all patched up can I ask them for a discount or have them fix it thank you
