All these videos are bullshit. This is all you guys have to do, Apply in person, NOT ONLINE! Turn in your application to the MANAGER! If they just collect it then call back a day or 2 later and keep calling back, it will show them that you want the job, introduce yourself as well both in person and on the phone! If your looking for a job then walk in and ask them if they are hiring for ANY position, tell them your willing to do anything like training for the job. Be willing & confident thats it!

@Dank951 Yea I agree but companies like retail stores like Home Depot or Menards make you apply online but after you apply online you should either stop in the store or call them to let them know you apply because they won't call you back.

All applications are online these days, take up to 2 hours to fill out, and have a general aptitude test at the end. This aptitude test has some of the worst questions ever, allowing the company any reason not to hire you!

your cover letter should be alot of white space, power point issues that dont fit on a resume, itemize and enumerate and dont be talky or conversational, BE CONCISE and PITHY. recruiters HATE COVER LETTERS, cause they have to be "read" versus "scanned inhaled." like a resume.
