@applepieisgay They are, Black And White came out and next is RS Remakes, if you listen to some of the B/W soundtracks you can pick out certain beats and chords and just essential soundtracks that have been remixed from it, and they did the same thing in D/P for S/G remakes.So I bet pretty soon they'll come out.

Johto was my first generation (Pokémon Crystal), but i feel more connected to Hoenn. It was the best game, the best map, the best graphics (I hate the 3D-thingy on D/P/P and HG/SS), the best plot, and of course: it had the best music!

I agree wholeheartedly. The 3rd gen was just underrated. It had the best music, and the pacing of the game was wonderful. Battles would be done in an instant. The DS games slowed things down tremendously. It's rather annoying. If Game Freak develops a Ruby/Sapphire remake, they better speed the battle pacing up, seriously. And, they BETTER not EFF up the soundtrack.

@WainwrightSt I agree. Best Legendaries (by looks anyway) Best (on par with B/W) music, and there were just the right number of pokemon. also DIVE WAS LEET! AND to top it all off, it had its own elite 4 theme, wich was kick ass. Not to mention the HUGE leap in graphics from Crystal to Emerald. I just can't wait till the remakes. ooooooooooooo..... :P

i think it has something to do with the trumpets playing in the begining of the song that drives me to lov this song a lot more than the others.. i guess Nintendo/GameFreak did a great job with this versions music which started soemthing we video gamers like to call, "Epic!"

@falcothunder gosh, i think thats why i love this game soundtrack so much. all the bass and trumpets. but DP , in my opinion, REALLY fucked up the music. just blasting a trumpet the entire time doesnt make it good.
