Outer Space is $100,000 and is unlocked after receiving a certain amount of Trainer Points. There is also Seaside which is $50,000 and Desktop for $20,000. Some houses are unlocked throughout the different Nintendog's Games. I'm now 80,000 Trainer Point's however i remember unlocking a house called Ranch House at 40,000 Trainer Points.
