Yesterday morning I had the most amazing moment...I got to hold the hand of my mom as she went to meet our Savior. She had a short but painful struggle and we are so blessed that she is forever young and healthy living eternally in God's kingdom until we can see her again. Today would be my moms 50th birthday and listening to this song helps. I used to listen to this song with her and she cried every time, i asked her why once and she said it brought her peace thinking about her mom. Now i know how it feels. =]

Praise Jesus is LORD. I used to be an atheist doing medical research until I cried out to God and He spoke to me and filled me with the Holy Spirit. Praise the Holy Lord. Please pray I find a new job after my prejudice atheist coworkers fired me for being a christian and after Holy Spirit told me I should have an attitude of Faith at work and no longer need to validate hypothesis or make calibrations. Because of Jesus I was twice as productive as my coworkers,but still I get terminated!!! :(

But they are LOST people nevertheless and I still pray for them as well. But my friends who are atheists would also never make fun of Christians as they believe everyone is entitled to their own belief. And I agree from a legal standpoint. But from a moral standpoint it is my obligation as a Christian to pray for a lost person, if I truly believe in Christ.

He loves us all unconditionally, but each of us who believes has a personal walk with Him. I'm not sure what you mean by "happy" since happiness is usually temporary and dependent on some stimulus or another. What happens when that thing, person, situation, etc. is absent? While I'm not happy, I have peace that surpasses understanding. I think God has placed a void in each of us that only He satisfies. I guess it all boils down to how you feel when you're alone at the end of the day

Meaning of life: The bible says we are all sinners and eternally separated from God because of our sin. Jesus Christ is God, He came into the world he created, lived a perfect life, died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice in our place, and rose again on the "third day" proving that he was God. The bible says if we turn from sin and believe, we are saved from our sin and become children of God. Out of love of Him, Christians love God and people with our lives. It's all about Jesus.

I stopped praying the way my parents taught me, which was more like reciting a predetermined speech over and over again. When I want to talk to God now I just start talking like I'm talking to a really close friend, always making sure I stay respectful though. I now feel closer to HIM more than I've ever felt in the 22 years of me being alive on this Earth.
:( ive lost alot of people i loved, my parents used to go to church, they smoke and drink alcohol they curse almost every breath they take and think its ok and when i try to tell them the truth about it they wont believe me :(:( PLEASE pray for me i need help i know jesus is with me but right now i feel forsaken please pray for me... you just dont know how much id appreciate it
@ChildenOfGod I was always a believer in God & Jesus and prayed. I also became a heavy drinker which was killing me at my older age- 8 years ago. God sent little messages and what I consider an Angel to me. I fell on my knees and told God I couldn't run my life and gave it to him to do as he saw fit. I was bathed in spiritual light on the inside- . I was given answers to many questions - God WILL save everyone. There is a purpose for who we are-bad or good. You can be saved after death.
@ChildenOfGod Also- love your parents (not what they do, but them). Love is the answer to all problems. At 57, I have seen plenty suffering and lost many loved ones. All the time I didn't realize I was never alone- God was following me all the way. He knows YOU and he hears you. Keep him and release to him your problems. Yes, our prayers are with you and yours.

Praise Jesus is LORD. I used to be an atheist doing medical research until I cried out to God and He spoke to me and filled me with the Holy Spirit. Praise the Holy Lord. Please pray I find a new job after my prejudice atheist coworkers fired me for being a christian and after Holy Spirit told me I should have an attitude of Faith at work and no longer need to validate hypothesis or make calibrations. Because of Jesus I was twice as productive as my coworkers,but still I get terminated!!! :(

@Elcaliam I dont think "being an atheist" makes one a bad person. I have friends who are atheists who are truly good hearted people. But they are LOST people nevertheless and I still pray for them as well. But my friends who are atheists would also never make fun of Christians as they believe everyone is entitled to their own belief. And I agree from a legal standpoint. But from a moral standpoint it is my obligation as a Christian to pray for a lost person, if I truly believe in Christ.

He loves us all unconditionally, but each of us who believes has a personal walk with Him. I'm not sure what you mean by "happy" since happiness is usually temporary and dependent on some stimulus or another. What happens when that thing, person, situation, etc. is absent? While I'm not happy, I have peace that surpasses understanding. I think God has placed a void in each of us that only He satisfies. I guess it all boils down to how you feel when you're alone at the end of the day

Meaning of life: The bible says we are all sinners and eternally separated from God because of our sin. Jesus Christ is God, He came into the world he created, lived a perfect life, died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice in our place, and rose again on the "third day" proving that he was God. The bible says if we turn from sin and believe, we are saved from our sin and become children of God. Out of love of Him, Christians love God and people with our lives. It's all about Jesus.

I stopped praying the way my parents taught me, which was more like reciting a predetermined speech over and over again. When I want to talk to God now I just start talking like I'm talking to a really close friend, always making sure I stay respectful though. I now feel closer to HIM more than I've ever felt in the 22 years of me being alive on this Earth.

God sent little messages and what I consider an Angel to me. I fell on my knees and told God I couldn't run my life and gave it to him to do as he saw fit. I was bathed in spiritual light on the inside- . I was given answers to many questions - God WILL save everyone. There is a purpose for who we are-bad or good. You can be saved after death.

@ChildenOfGod Also- love your parents (not what they do, but them). Love is the answer to all problems. At 57, I have seen plenty suffering and lost many loved ones. All the time I didn't realize I was never alone- God was following me all the way. He knows YOU and he hears you. Keep him and release to him your problems. Yes, our prayers are with you and yours.
