I ever saw it in my VHS record of Christmas speicals in the commard before of Frost the Snowman part 3. And I really treasured in my life. And this PSA present that Shabba-Doo is warning about too much drinking alcohols could get us in violence and get hurts by anyone in the street, and the neighborhood by the gangs, and the polices to get caught!  And I will say to myself is no too much drinking alcohols.
