That is an awesome prop Steve and with the GB's set out around him it looks like he is calling them too him. You have a list so I won't make any suggestions but the possibilities are endless!
@screaminscott The reindeer motors move both ways and go in reverse if in a bind as to not damage the motor. The random movement is a product of the motor changing direction.

Fantastic! I love the farting effect.... I mean creaking. hehe. I noticed that he has sort of a random movement going on, where he will stay facing one way for a while. It actually makes it look like he has a mind of his own which is pretty cool.
Looks great! Looking at it, I can't help but wonder how some sort of fogger might look in place of the lantern; maybe something using dry ice? That way you have a nice little swirl of fog hanging around the prop for added effect.
I think I need to build a leering prop now. Looks great..! I think it looks a lot better with out the PVC running up the back and the motor inside the stone.
Steve that prop turned out so professional! I love how the motor isn't visible. I would definitely vote for this prop as one of your best! Are you going to put a candle or a bright led in the lantern?
