Hi, no i meant that the automatic gearbox on the e46 was not good and one looses much time in acceleratoin in comparisson to the manual gearbox

it´s an automatic. therefore you can not change gears and it is that "slow".

@chintok1981 you can change gears with the automatic. it called switch tronic.
