  • interesting video and very informative

  • some really good stuff here

  • love the video really good

  • brilliant

  • @Riclists Agreed!

  • wasn't Ford the only one that didn't accept the bailout?.....hmmmm

  • Win.

  • Ahhhh hilarious!!!

  • @Hofsteder A pair of eyes that only watch the news!

There have been record cold temps almost everywhere (oops - I am using an actual thermometer and physical evidence).

But, then again, just b/c Grreenland used to be agricultural land where it is now frozen over, I guess, PROVES we are warmer now right?

The recent, second round of emails from Phil-deny-my-own-emails at the CRU mean nothing right? Download and READ the mails for an eye opener that contradicts the medias disinformation!

  • Ah, ignorance is bliss.

  • funniest think ever!!

  • This is really funny! but global warming is a big time hoax so don't listen to Al Gore.

  • Droughts and flooding.

    Hmmm....

  • @Hofsteder Have you gone this far without realizing that using the words global and warming together makes no sense? If we humans had a method of recording the temperature of the mass of the Earth's atmosphere as well as the mass of the Earth itself then maybe but we do not.

Every time you use that non phrase you exclude yourself from any thinking persons conversation. Also up until last year the data did show a cooling hence the same spacious reasoning you use means M4GW controls the climate.

  • @Hofsteder That has been completely disproven. The overal trend for the past 1700 years is cooling. The warmign alarmists got caught red handed again this summer. They were claiming heat records being broken when those days were far below their records. Turns out they were using the heat index (Temp and Humidity) agaist the record temp. Only .02% (that is 2 hundredths not 2 percent) of temp stations had records.

  • hofsteder@well we all know that we are not responsable for global warming, its all just a tax scam ... thats it.... wonderful song and im sure the future will look back on this and say wow its amazing how stupid and gullable americans were about global warming,al gorejust brought another real estate package near a beach that was supposed to be flooded by now....hmmmm

  • Why do people think that THE WORLD'S GOING TO END IN A CATACLYSMIC THING LIKE GLOBAL WARMING? To tell the truth the planet still has several BILLION years left in it. Then It will die BECAUSE OF GLOBAL WARMING...as the sun expands and fries it.

  • If anyone looks at the Comments and doesn't see how man made global warming is a load of rubbish I will refer you to the 5 part documentary on youtube called "The Cloud Mystery" on the channel of NuageMystere. If you do not see that CO2 has no effect at all especially in comparison to Cosmic Rays and the suns magnetic field then god help how dogmatic you are. And please if you are responding to my comment with hate and negativity please watch the entire thing first, if just out of courtesy.

  • hilarious ! ! !

  • Thanks for the oppressively hot summer, guys!

  • On 7/28/11, it was revealed that the scientist behind the polar-bears-are-in-trouble research is being investigated for “scientific misconduct”. Then, a new study of NASA data revealed that the earth is actually allowing more heat to escape the planet than previously thought by the climate change community. During a speech at the Aspen Institute in Colorado, Al Gore launched into a vulgar tirade while accusing skeptics of media manipulation.

  • @Hofsteder A scientific fact does not come a scientific fact simply by the fact that Mr Gore is making "fear mongering documentaries" or even by making frauds at East Anglia, which played a major role for "warmers" until the point they where discovered.

I would call your argument a "reductio ad idiota".

  • Comment removed

  • Global warming is the greatest scientific fraud.

It is in fact a socialist agenda put forward to make people feel guilt of nothing they can be blamed.

  • @ibisitibere right,people aren't guilty of pollution,it just naturally happens in nature.

  • @milimitten97 Yes. Probably people where more intelligent on the middle ages. There, they new the weather just warmed a little and there was no guilt for that happening. Just the weather getting warmer.

  • @Hofsteder You are kidding dumb? Do you really want more facts than the gigantic fraud discovered at East Anglia?

What you call "tiny part"? Stop pretending you know something about scientific research and specifically scientific fraud, because that was what happened.

Global warming is an entire fraud as Al Gore is a fraud. What academic authority has Mr "genious" Al Gore to talk about climate changes? kkkk

That is only the "tiny" part of the fraud, by the way.

  • @Hofsteder So far, so far, you don´t have nothing to say unless repeating the usual cliches pretending porsuing a considerable argument where others a bunch of scientific ignorants expecting to be illuminated by your "winsdow" of cientific newspaper propaganda.

You have nothing to argue against the East Anglia scandal because you don´t have facts. You have nothing to argue agains medieval global warming, so make a favor to yourself: shut up dumb.

  • @Hofsteder Shut up dumb. How do you dare to abuse peoples intelligence after the East Anglia deception discovery? We don't have to be afraid of any "so-called" global warming because it is precisely what this funny video shows: an incredible piece of propaganda for people's stupidity.

After all, we now know that there was a global warming on the middle ages and at that time, at least as I know, there was no cars, no industries, etc.

  • Global Warming is Socialism by stealth!

  • Again, those who are doubters, whats with the Al Gore Fetish? I dont get my information from Al Gore, I get it from the vast body of scientific evidence. But you need a magic bullet it seems and gore is it. Go have a look at the scientific literature for yourself, stop being so fucking lazy and get reading. The evidence for a man made climate change is more than overwhelming.

  • lOl @ his argument "i see snow on my lawn"

Well that proves it! Global warming MUST be fabricated if snow still exists!!

(FYI, for the stupid, i'm being sarcastic) It's sad that i needed to type that :(

  • Listening to these global warming fanatics and the fact that politicians are desperately supporting them (in the hope of getting a carbon TAX through); it is clear that the "preservation of the environment" will be the government-designated future world religion. And anyone who disagrees (or who dares protest against related oppressive measures), will be put to death for blasphemy... Don't the blind "greenies" realise that its all about the super wealthy, and NOT the environment at all?!

  • @Hofsteder throughout the worlds history there have been dramatic temperature changes wether its getting hotter or colder, humans just havn't been around. even if we are getting hotter it's just another naural stage in the earths life. Besides why have they changed its name from global warming to climate change? i sense uncertainty.

  • @CodxMasterxJoey - Why change the term from "global warming" to "climate change"?

Because they realised the sheeple were waking up and noticing that it really isn't getting noticably warmer anyway... and, hang on a minute! We're seeing more rain and snow than EVER before! And Australia (for example) just had one of it's MILDEST summers on record! ... As such, they thought they'd patronize us even further and just call it "climate change".

Don't TAX Industry! FUND alternative energy!

  • Why is this so catchy?

  • Hi all, just trying to spread the word about a new community site we're putting together based around our planet - earth-forums (dot) com. We'd love for you to take a look :)

  • Since the evolution or green plants it is not possible for there to be a builder for carbon dioxide in the global air. Only local changes are possible, and they have no effect on the weather: as we have seen over last 25 years.

  • Only the mentally sick believe in man made global warming or climate change

  • @JonThm Judging by the videos you upload and your disturbing voice, I'd say you're probably one of the most psychologically deranged people on this site.

But I expect nothing less of a filthy manc haha.

  • Anybody who has politically incorrect thoughts deserves to die. Say hello to 1984 (Heil Stalin!, Heil Gore!, Heil UN!, Heil Hitler!).

  • If anyone here wants to learn about climate change check out Potholer54's series starting with this one

  • @Hofsteder What's clearly visible to my eyes is a four foot snow drift still trying to melt in my yard.

  • @M4GW wow ... you have absolutely no idea how climate science works ... people who are scientifically illiterate should NEVER make statements on subjects they are ignorant of

  • @M4GW Because the fact that there is a snow drift outside your house that measn that the entire globe is in a cooling trend regardless of climatologists basing climate trends on a minimum 30 year average right?

I think this response deserves a huge face palm.

  • @M4GW

"What's clearly visible to my eyes is a four foot snow drift still trying to melt in my yard."

Ah yes ... There was snow in your backyard in winter; therefore the entire Earth is cooling.

Brilliant deduction. You're a genius (in your own mind).

  • @PrairieDogged Excellent commentary, but it is likely like talking to a wall. See my direct comment, above.

  • @friedie1jeff

    "like talking to a wall"

Exactly. Here's the theme song for conspiracy-minded libertoon-wing-nut climate deniers (ironically provided by the open-minded creativity of rock 'n' roll):

    watch?v=lwTpZpwjtIE

  • @M4GW LOL totally!

  • @Hofsteder Well, since I put this video up we have been experiencing Global Cooling so...

  • @M4GW No, weve been experiencing LOCAL cooling. The Global temp is still rising. It being cold outside your window has NO bearing on GLOBAL temperature.

  • What happened to your site? :(

  • @Nationalisten Denial Of Service Attack

  • @M4GW Actually, that's your problem. You don't look further than your own yard. Scientists look at the gflobal trends and data. People will view this video in the future and marvel at the ignorance of people even in the 21st century.

  • Really when I type in global warming get this? YouTube explain to me what's with the doubt? When you see before and after pictures of glaciers melting and the rise in temperature is this so hard to believe? Even if it wasn't real that does not mean that the pollution in the air is not harming the environment. So when it comes down to it we have a choice make a change to something that does not pollute or lose the environment.

  • @LutescentLime Are you saying that youTube should fix it so when you search "Global Warming" you only get the propaganda stuff and none of the skeptical stuff?

  • @LutescentLime

Co2 is a miniscule 0.038% of the atmosphere.

    It is not Pollution.

Co2 is a prerequisite for photosynthesis.

  • @LutescentLime ...We clean up our pollution better than anyone on Earth...They need to admit it's not man made...it occurs naturally the warming and cooling.... They trying to use it to control the people...Taxing Co2?? They are making millions off of it....Our tax dollars going for fraudulent data so that the money continues keeps rolling in to these people......FRAUD big time....We could feed alot of hungry people for that amount of booty

  • @LutescentLime CO2 is NOT polution. It is plant food and without CO2 life on earth would perish. Polls show that sceptics have/or approaching majorities in the USA, UK, and Germany. The sceptics have the momentum thanks to Michael Mann, Phil Jones, Keith Briffa, Algore, and many others... Your view on GW is in the minority in the USA...

  • The only thing that was missing was for an Orca to come up under the Polar Bear and eating it.

  • @Un0r1g1n4l That would have been cool

  • Keep up the good work guys. They're on the run now.

  • global warming is nothing but organised crime .. so the big question is: when will go Al Gore to jail ??

  • PROSECUTE CLIMATE CRIMINALS: Koch Industries: Secretly Funding the Climate Denial Machine: greenpeace . org/usa/campaigns/global-warming-and-energy/polluterwatch/koch-industries -- Billionaire oilman David Koch and his brother Charles (Koch Industries) have quietly funneled $50 million to climate-denial front groups that are working to delay policies and regulations aimed at stopping global warming is no joking matter.

  • @gregjalbert I hope they give billions to rid us of environmental wacko nut cases like Al Gore

  • Al Gore ,how much oil does it take to keep you going I mean besides the massage oil, there is oil for your limo, for your jet,for your yacht, and to heat your mansions, did I miss anything?

  • Gore should be held liable for paying back the money($million something$)with which he so cunningly won/took regarding the Nobel Peace Prize...what a bafoom !!

  • excellent, except ford didnt fail... far from it

  • @skunkworks226 I made this a couple of years ago before the bailouts when all 3 car companies were struggling

  • @M4GW ah ok, just wanted to clairfy. You're a great American

  • I would like to point out Ford didnt take any bailout so i wouldnt say they are failing when they are the only company that could stay afloat

  • the hair dryer lol.

  • climategate anyone? stupid liberal agenda

  • I'm freezing here. I WISH global warming for real.

  • @KnightOwl2006 Global warming refers to the warming of the atmospehere, particularly the troposphere, NOT the warming of the weather or climate. The atmosphere causes our climate. Changes in the temperature of the atmospehere cause changes to the climate. The changes to the climate are not necessarily a warmer climate - it may mean more extreme weather including more extreme winters in some parts of the world. Amost all scientists accept GW is happening, The debate now - is it man made.

  • never trust a democrat no matter how convincing they seem

  • @SandstonRedneck2

    true true

  • You forgot the collapsing Metrodome roof. Al Gore gave you that too.

  • as far as I know only 2 automakers got the bailout money (GM & Chrysler). whats the 3rd one?

  • @wr8y NASA came out and said getting colder ice caps are growing play boy look it up they said global warming was a scam from the beginning

  • go the ostrich mentality

  • lol my teacher put this song EVERYDAY! I already know it! dammit! but i need to admit that this is damn funny!

    and who is Al Gore?

  • @vero0022sweet lol

  • @vero0022sweet

Al Gore is a deeply evil globalist (wants world government) whom lied to the world about man-made global warming; which doesnt actually exist.

The reason for this lie was to setup a "green tax" to make the rich people even richer and the poor people afraid to have baths or to put their heating on in the winter.

  • @SteveFusionX

Ohh, well thank u. then I may hate Al Gore.

  • @SteveFusionX I personally think a world government is a great idea - give us all a little bit of power in what happens in the world instead of just the people in rich countries making the decisions. Many of the really poor, here read parts of Africa, don't even have electricity!

  • @brontewcat

I'm pretty sure you don't know what a world government truly is to make such a ridiculous remark.

IF there was one-world-government then we would have no democracy - the exact OPPOSITE of what you want.

    Think about it.

Here is an example - if one supermarket takes control of ALL supermarkets, what do you think would happen?

Prices would soar and you'd have no choices.

  • @SteveFusionX That's only because you assume a world government is equivalent to a dictatorship. I don't assume that will be the case. I think the UN is power for good. I assume you don't. I for one do not think the US is very democratic at all and they have way too much say in what happens in the world. Wow betide anyone who gets on the wrong side of that institution as a fellow citizen is finding out. The UN hopefully one day can be a check to the US

  • @SteveFusionX PS The market place and government are not equivalent analogies, and yes I am a bleeding heart liberal and proud to be one. We should not govern the country or the world or anything based soley on market place principles. Government is way more complex than the market place

  • @brontewcat

Again, I really don't think you know what a global government would entail. If there is ONE leader to rule the world; how do you think they will be checked - who would topple them if they became a tyrant? Baring in mind they would have a WORLD army at their desposal.

If you think america is bad (as I do) a world government would be infinitely worse.

I suggest researching the "new world order".

  • @SteveFusionX Again - it depends on how the wrold government is constituted. It does not have to be a new world order or a Brave New World or a Big Brother type of government. It could be gradually transferring power to a body like the United Nations - which needs to changed along a bicameral system - 1 chamber consisting of electing representatives from electorates with roughly the same number of electors and another chamber representing each sovereign country - not under 1 leader.

  • @brontewcat

You TRUST the UN!??? more fool you. The UN website itself bodly states that they are pushing for "new world order". Alarm bells should be ringing

If there is ONE government - ONE political "order" then HOW are you going to vote in something different when things get nasty (forced UFID chip implants etc)?

You give all the control and power to one government to rule the world - what do you think they will do?

"Power tends to corrupt, and ABSOLUTE power corrupts absolutely."

  • @SteveFusionX I trust the UN far more ( nd I cannot say this stongly enough) far more than I trust the American government even with Obama as president. You vote for something different in the same way as in national elections - by voting out the individuals in the govt and voting in new ones. I have always seen the UN develpoing in the same way as the English parliament - gradually becoming more democratic. I would much rather have the UN in charge then the Americans - at least I 'd get a say

  • @brontewcat

You believe our English Parliament is becoming more and more democractic? You fail to see the bigger picture - we have almost no democracy in England now thanks to a BIGGER force (the EU) the british have less and less say over our own laws and future since we lost our soverignty.

Do you think that situation will get better in a world government (which the president of the EU has called for)?

Absolutely not. The bigger our "leaders" get the LESS democracy we people have.

  • @SteveFusionX In comparison to the English parliament of the past yes it is more democratic - since the Great Reform Act of 1832 and the other reform acts after it widened the franchise. Also do not forget there was as much resistence in medieval times to the Crown centralising power as there is today with Europe, but England's power in part was due to its Crown being so strong in comparison to other monarchs who ruled over many overmighty subjects. The Eu keeps Europe a relevant player.

  • @brontewcat

No offense but I don't think you understand the situation here. It does not matter how democratic our english parliament - the European Union trumps everything.

We have new laws, new regulations, new invasions of privacy and they ALL trump our own laws via the EU (which we did NOT vote for) The irish were given a referendum on membership of the EU and they said "NO" - but the globalists just came back the next year, did a revote and huge campaining- until they got "yes" ..

  • @SteveFusionX I do understand, but it will happen whether you are a member of the EU or not. Most countries have signed a series of international conventions and treaties as Australia has done. Our laws are subject to those conventions and treaties including the Convention of the Rights of the Child, labour conventions, Kyoto, the International Whaling convention etc. I think it is time humans started working together as one people rather than being nationalistic

  • @brontewcat

Working together is fine. One world government is not.

    /watch?v=HL2hdHNCqnc

  • @SteveFusionX Ultimately I think we do need an umbrella govt to ensure the survival of the human race. I am hopeful it will be democratic but I fear it won't be if we continue to ignore climate change - whether it is man made or not . Only by the whole of humanity working together can we prevent a catastrophic change to our civilisation. The human race will survive I doubt our civilisation will unless we make some pretty significant changes. The comments about this video do not give me hope.

  • @SteveFusionX BTW All this talk of English sovereignty and its loss. Where is your Pommy cultural pride? I made it clear I am an Australian and my comment about trying to get NZ to join our Federation by 2 January was inviting a free kick (gloat). If you cannot celebrate one of the great English cultural traditions - beating the Aussies and bringing back the urn (evenif you are a Scot), then I think there is no hope for a separate British identity.

  • @brontewcat

Yes, I heard about the win. But i'm more of a boxing fan than cricket :P

As for "climate change" - this is something that has happened for millions of years; with or without mankind.

Man-made Global warming is a hoax.

Infact the globe has been cooling for the past 15 years.

This is the problem when you trust institutions like the UN - they are liars and are only interested in bringing in global taxes and "new world order".

    Please research it .

  • @SteveFusionX I have read a few things about climate change. The time period I have been reading about is much longer - the atmosphere since 1750 and over 1,000s of years - there are always fluxes in climate. The Earth 's climate is cyclical - the problem is our civilisation has arisen and is based on the climate as it has been for the last 15,000 years. We are not adapted to a much hotter climate - particularly since millions live in coastal areas eg Bangladesh or dry countries eg Oz.

  • @brontewcat

you're gonna have a hard time convincing people that the earth is "warming" when we've had just 2 years in a row of record LOW temperatures, some parts dropping to -20c.

This is why they have changed the agenda from fighting "global warming" to man-made climate CHANGE (blaming us be it hot or cold!)

It's all a hoax to bring in green taxes and make the slaves work harder and retire older.

There were warm periods and cold periods all through history- even before we had cars..

  • @SteveFusionX That's because most people don't understand the two concepts. May I suggest you go to James Lovelock'sofficial webpage and read a paper he gave to the Royal Society in 2007 - it explains the reasons what scientists are talking about when we talk of manmade climate change and why. As I understand it global warming and climate change are two different concepts. Cause and effect - global warming causes climate change . James Lovelock will be oen day considered as important as Darwin.

  • @brontewcat

Lovelock seems to be a guy who has made a fortune from releasing fear-mongering books year after year since the 70's to present day, on how we're all going to die from global "warming".

Again - I've seen no evidence (in the REAL world) of any significant warming.

It's only shills (whom work for NASA or the UN) who push this evil agenda.

They want NWO and I don't.

Thankfully many more are waking up to what's going on, politically.

2011 will be a deciding year.

  • @SteveFusionX Actually in his first book Gaia (1975)- he thought humans could not affect the Earth in a major way. He is independent and has worked for himself for the last 30/40 years or so. HIs theory Gaia is that the Earth and its systems are complex and interacting. He believes our O2 atmospehere (which is not the natural equilibrium) is the result of life (unlike Mars and Venus - dead planets with largely CO2 atmospheres) and Earth is now self sustaining as a habitat for life.

  • @brontewcat

His first book yes, but every book after that has been fear-mongering nonsense about man-made global warming.

He has ties to NASA (worked there), so therfore I don't class him as truly independant.

However, I do agree with this gaia theory from what the information I have seen so far :)

  • @SteveFusionX I am glad you can accept Gaia and so I had better not direc t you to Richard Dawkins' page who seems to equate belief in Gaia with religion:-) RD seems to be waging his own war against Lovelock (and not because of global warming)

  • @brontewcat

    I'm familiar with dawkins :)

He's hell-bent on turning everyone into atheists.

  • @SteveFusionX That's the bloke. RD seems to think that belief in Gaia is too close to belief in God although Lovelockhimself is agnostic I think. Gaia does not sit well with Dawkins selfish gene theory because it implies a cooperation amoungst Earth systems to keep the planet habital for life. Gaia is a holist ic theory rather than a reductionist theory as gene theory is.

  • @SteveFusionX 100 hundred years ago six of our colonies gave up their effective sovereigntry to form 1 country and it did not harm this country one iota. Until this summer it has given us the ability to decimate the Poms periodically at cricket. In fact I think now is the time for us to ask NZ (as our Constitution originally forshadowed) should happen) to join us - preferably before next Sunday - only chance we have

  • @brontewcat You seem not to understand that Americas Goverment is not making their decisions based on what is the best for their people. They make decisions based on what gives the most money so they can pay the interest back for the dept that they can not pay back due to the very nature of our monetary system. If a World Goverment is set up it will be lead by the World Bank. And the Bank-People NEVER, apsolutely NEVER had anything in mind but their own benefit.

  • @Kraneloran I think you are too cynical about the World Bank. Do you even know it's purpose? It's aim is to reduce poverty, not to make profit. It would not lead a world govt . There are a lot of criticisms to be made of the WB, but it can be a tool for good. However a world led by an institution whose aim is development and to reduce poverty - now that is a world I would like to live in.

  • @brontewcat

Of course that is what they TELL you - that the world bank is there to "reduce poverty" and we're so full of fluoride we don't even QUESTION it! - (where has this happened before!?)

The more "globalised" we become the worse the world gets. The more we give the power and MONEY to the few (elite) the worse our world will get.

We are seeing the EURO wreck economies, soverignty and whole nations - yet the EU keeps bailing out; goose stepping us towards NWO/global currency.

  • @SteveFusionX What you say is true but the relative number of people living in extreme poverty is falling (although absolute numners increase). Much of the wealth of present day Europe is a result of the forerunners of the WB. During the 1980s I did question the WB's policies but I think it is moving back on track. BTW I thought the EU was busy bailing out some of your neighbours (ala Christ's 2nd great commandment - to love your Greek, Irish and now Spanish neighbour).

  • @brontewcat

I would rather love my neighbour by allowing the failed EURO to die - so they can go back to their own currencies. I think bailing them out each time is cruel - the Euro was destined to fail from the start and it will.

They (elites) had a design - to destroy all soverignty and wreck the economies of once great nations, the end goal? To bring in an all encompassing currency - a global dollar and finally a micro-chipped world population.

  • Global Cooling claims its first victim!!! Officials near greenland were forced to shoot a polar bear that wandered across the increasing polar ice becuase it was endangering the public.

  • Great Work, Please keep fighting the Alarmists.....Thanx. And Season's Greetings

  • The automakers tanking had nothing to do with global warming or the fear mongering of such. It had to do with the real estate market crashing causing a depressing in the market. Banks froze credit and people couldn't buy new cars.

  • Yep, this is what he thinks!

  • coldest november in u.k on record this year must be global warming

  • @britpatRIOT100 It is the troposphere that is warming. The troposphere is the lowest level of the atmosphere and it has a direct effect on climate. It is warming and the warming has a flow on effect on climate. In some parts of the globe the climate change is to become colder, in other parts it means more extreme storms or droughts and in other areas it may mean the climate becomimng warmer. It is important to understand the concepts before rubbishing them.

  • @brontewcat sorry but where do you get your facts from possibly al gore or a monopolised media

  • @britpatRIOT100 The layers of the atmosphere and what causes weather/climate is basic school science. If you think my facts are wrong, how about googling the terms "troposhere" "layers of the atmospehere" "climate" "weather". Please tell me which of my facts you don't accept - eg that the atmopshere causes weather and climate. If you accept that then does it not follow that changes in the atmosphere, particularly the troposphere, will cause changes in the weather or climate?

  • @M4GW

I'm in love with you. Let's get married.

  • Fuck this bullshit. You atemptt be funny but nope you fail. Global Warming is real and you will gind out soon or later.

  • @DerG3rm Its find, not gind : ) Learn to spell before you say your counter statement. Lawyered!

  • @thewizard99 It's a typo Mr. Wizard :) I guess you're just too ignorant to figure out a common mistake due to your disappearing intellect. Lawyered right back at ya bitch! Learn some science and then you will know it exists. Don't hurt your self while attempting to do so :) jk. Seriously though, I can’t stand people like you who don’t believe in Global Warming, there is proof of it existing everywhere.

  • @DerG3rm Oh I figured out the common mistake. Also I understand the whole science on this global Warming situation. I just like to believe that its a common re-occurrence, we have seen it all before in history, there is proof out there, it just takes one person to decide on a different theory.

  • GW is nuclear

  • A brilliant song, in all aspects! Can't stop listening.

  • The polar bear population has multiplied by 5 times in the last 30 years.

  • The real cause of global warming is snuggies.

  • No change in free CO2 for 200 years date in source Harvard University

  • Excellent. Al Gore is an idiot.

  • @49bobbyk Clearly. Still, you can't miss the fact that he really believes what he's saying. I mean, look at the guys' body english, in this vid. I have NEVER seen him looks so vital and impassioned! And if I believed the sea levels were going to rise 20 feet in the next few decades, I'd CERTAINLY buy a multi-million dollar condo in SAN FRANCISCO!

No he isn't. He made billions off of scaring idiots.

  • Every year 2,500,000 people die of car exhaust. And car exhaust is destroying the nature! We know how to stop it!

    Stop the global warming !!!

  • @MediaCryptix get real troll...

  • Someone actually took the time to make this?

  • Interesting article in the SMH (that's the more highly regarded Sydney paper for those who live in the Northern Hemisphere) this week "The more science backs climate change, the more we doubt its real". The reason you guys deny global warming has more to do with our psychology than with science. The artlicle is worth a read then a think.

  • @brontewcat Thanks for the tip, I blogged on it. Check it out at M4GW (dot) com

  • @brontewcat Highly regarded inside the latte curtain perhaps. Of course, you make the classic mistake of confusing "denial of global warming" with "doubting alarmists".

A huge, huge portion of people you would tar as "deniers!" believe that there is a problem that should be addressed, but "quibble"over whether it is THE END OF DAYS or... just a problem to address, much like ozone was.

Tim Flannery, Alarmist of the Year - total correct predictions of doom: zero.

  • @Jaiissica I don't I believe the science re the warming of the troposphere (which in turn causes changes to the climate) is alarmist. I see what the scientists are saying as a reasonable interpretation of their observations. They are warning we must make changes. We may eventually be able to resolve many of the problems with technology eg fusion, but as yet we don't have the technology. Until we have that technology we must change our behaviour and adapt ourselves to the environment.

  • @brontewcat That should read "that's the more highly regarded LEFT WING Sydney paper for those who live in the Northern Hemisphere"...

  • @Norbury53 As someone whose beliefs are small "l" liberal with a leaning to the left wing I don't think the Herald could be characterised as left wing. Green Left Weekly, yes and - although they are not Australian - the New Internationalist and even the Guardian yes these papers could be descibed as as left wing, but not the Herald. I note you didn't quibble with the more highly regarded tag:-)

  • @brontewcat How does the average person assess what it real or a lie? Most people are not good at it. Personally I have no problem believing what the majority of scientist say as being most probably true.

But there are other factors, political motivations and ideologies. People feel it is being pushed on them like a religion from people with conflicting views. Never mind what people know, if you want to convince the masses, you need to understand how their intuition works.

  • @Khyrid That makes sense. The article I referred to made a similar point

  • @brontewcat THANKS..I BLOGGED AGAINST IT... Wealth distribution has been proven in connection with global warming....That's the extent of it...Period

  • @brontewcat Anthropogenic Global Warming Theory is very robust with respect to data. All observations confirm it at the 100% confidence level. It's irrefutable because it predicts and explains everything. It's just so protean that it can never be refuted.

  • @brontewcat The reason we "doubt" global warming is because we are actual scientists who understand data, statistics, and intellectual honesty, all three of which are conspicuously absent from the ranting True Believers in man-made global warming/climate change/whatever-you-need-to-rename-it-to-explain-natural-phenomena.

It is a scam meant to extract money from the productive in order to enrich the oligarchy, nothing more.

  • @infidelpuppy God help us if it is natural. If man is not at least partly responsible for for the changes in the weather then we are stuffed because it will be harder to fix. The tropshere is warming - this is having a flow on effect in the climate - maybe an explanation for ther extreme weather events being experienced world wide. Whether man is causing it or not the changes are going to have a significant effect on our life and we need to act now to adapt.

  • @brontewcat

    Global warming is not happening.

Your government "scientists" lied to you. As always.

  • @brontewcat Faked data , ignoring studies that say other wise. This is clear form of politcal science and not pure science. How does ice melt in a enviroment that on record has been around 14 degrees at the hottest point. More than likely the spot of ice missing from the poles is from heating of the Earth from the inside. The polar bear pick was not of them dieing but them playing look up the original photo. You can not trust anything from the united Nations,
