@xxoblondie69oxx When you first go tanning for the summer, your skin burns easily. So you use a higher SPF, but after a few weeks of tanning, then your skin is less prone to burning, and you can use a much lower SPF, like 4 or 8. I use an SPF of 4, and i sit outside for about 2 hours when its sunny (since i live in a place that dosnt get much sun. We get sun about once or twice a week). And when i do that, i do not get burned at all. If it didnt work, i would look like a tomato now, wouldnt I.(:

indoor tanning is extremely bad for ur skin ame with out door tanning.It leads to skn cancer and quicker aging effects so selftanners r the best

is the jergens a gradual tanner or a normal tanner but light. it sounds nice - more colour than a gradual but not 'in your face'

What about spray tanning? Would y'all recommend that? If so what's better the versa tan or mystic tan?

@YessicaLara92 I would recommend spray tanning because i have tried it and seen that the spray tanning worked better than the fake tanning in booths because it got me darker however, ive only tried the mystic tan i havent did the versa tan so i wouldnt know

@xxoblondie69oxx if you wanna really protect your skin, then yeah use 30 spf, but we wanted to say how to get tan and using a higher spf wont really get you tan, you could try 15.
