The gloves might work with a lot of tweaking and a much smaller battery. Also, you have to understand taht when opponents try to tackle WR's they grab whatever they can, including random wires. Those things will get unplugged pretty quickly in a game type situation. A few tweaks are in order. I have some other ideas. Get back to me and I'll consult with you about it! I run a products and services consulting firm and I played college football.

I'm all for tech advances in the game and certainly b/c football is a game of inches, these applications could be great for Football.
However, the scientists obviously have never had their hands caught between two helmets or or they would understand that the exposed battery that they are proposing could be a huge injury liability when used in the gloves.
I'm much more interested in the smart football. I think that is where the real application is.
