audio doesnt always come last. sometimes you'll want to sinc the movement in your intro with audio or build an intro around a song

i have a simple question. i just got sony vegas 8 pro and my preview window/ explorer thing are on the top and the "main" part is on te bottom and i cant seem to be able to switch there places. i can move the explorer and preview window but not to where the main part is, they just stay as separate windows. are there certain keys i gotta hold in while moving? or do i have to drag a certain part?

On the leftern side of the screen there should be little indentations (dots) You hold onto the buttons and move to where you want it

it actually seems easier to get the audio first then the visual because then you can base your visual off of your audio and match it with the beats. if its not synced then it may look stupid.
