I just got robbed by Paypal today! This DEADBEAT loser (ebay name stkwireless) bought not one but TWO 32" flatscreen televisions from me. AFTER I shipped them out he emails me saying, "I ordered the wrong model...sorry about that! I'm just going to refuse the delivery." I told him sorry, but I do not accept returns, as stated in my eBay ad. That motherfucker refused the packages so I was charged not only for the original shipping but the return shipping as well! $154 and Paypal backed it!

I feel sorry for people who started on eBay to make money and then call it a scam. eBay is not a place to make money. eBay is a place to gamble. You have to be willing to lose money and then you will see how much you will get left if the product sells. It's like paying someone to do a website for you instead of doing it yourself.

The 45 days of dispute begins after the seller receive the payment through the bank, and after the buyer received the product.

ebay didn't do anything for me in a situation where I paid for an item that the seller took a ridiculous amount of time to send to me and when I decided to refuse the item because of how long it took to arrive they basically decided not to award me my money back or at least assist me in getting the seller to re-send it to me since I was out over four hundred dollars. They had the nerve to send me an email basically saying "sucks to be you, but please keep on shopping with us".

TO KILL EBAY! Try posting listings though ebay's turbolister in bulk with your messages to the buyers. If everyone does this it will be impossible to stop. put at least 100 listings of actual "HOT" items in the titles so buyers can find them easlily. THIS WILL WORK. Just make a throw away account and get ebay's turbolister and start listing. I think there should even a a planned 1 day event for this so it all happens at once and everything crashes! I think this is a brilliant and devious plan.

The problem was that the seller sent the item to an unconfirmed address. Because the credit card used by the buyer was stolen, Paypal removed the money from the seller's account and didn't reimburse the seller for the money lost. Of course, this sucks. But is it right to just quit after one bad experience? What is gained? Nothing. The seller can always quit anytime. But isn't it better to stay in the game and keep selling for profit at least until the seller wins/makes his money back?
