ok im kind of on the fence for this argument. i think her english is fine but just hard to understand. no offence (and please take that to mean that I dont mean any offence) but videos and announcements should be understandable to the general public. this is why have u evr noticed people like newsreaders and politicians always have strong clear voices and speak very clearly. this is y there chosen. No offence but she should not be advertising in english
