A geyser is a hole in the earths crust that allows water in, When the water goes down it is heated by hot rocks deep below the surface when pressure is sufficient the water is blown clean out of the hole. This looks more like a geothermal pool tho

No seriously, that is not a geyser. It's just a hot spring. I recognized the place he was at. There's a large collection of geysers and hot springs in that area, It's like a mini Icelandic Yellowstone park.

That water is scolding hot but it's nowhere near the 100 degree mark.

Water boils at just under or over 100 degrees depending on what is in the water. But that water is not even 100 degrees. Ive been there and that isnt a geyser, its just a pool of hot water. You can put your hand right in it.

Normaly yes, but in case YOU didn't know, it's different with a Geyser. The magma chamber heats the water, but because of the pression of the water head above, the water doesn't boil until the temperature is much higher than 100 degrees. Only then vapour bubbles rise up in the channel, then the pression suddenly decreases and the overboiled water changes to vapour. So for next time instead of adjusting others, look for that you know what you're talking about...
