this game is called the Darkside Chronicles, it's a continuation from the original Umbrella Chronicles. It's by Capcom for the Wii, a rail shooter telling the story of RE2 and RE:CV, also, they explain Krauser's origins and the events that led to RE4.

Wow. thats not even a good comparison. The graphical difference between PS2 and Xbox/GC is much less than the difference between Xbox 360 and Wii. And based on todays standards, yes PS2 does have bad graphics, but not because of Xbox and GC, but because of PS3, PC, and 360.
