The otherday i finaly got chance to sort out hundreds of old video cassete tapes from the 80's an 90's,transfer all the good stuff on to DVD then whack it on to Youtube for everyone to enjoy. This advert was among stuff taped from the 1980's. =)

Also remember we used to run around singing it in primary school back in the day. lol

yes, supahdupahguy81, there was a longer version. This ad was written and sung by the late,great Vivian Stanshall of Bonzo Dog fame and is based on Mr Slaters Parrot, which he wrote and sung with the Bonzos. In the original, Rodney Slater did the parrot voice. And it was his parrot that inspireed the song

I love Easter mainly for the mini eggs. If I could squirrel up constant mini eggs in my mouth I would walk around with a huge cheekful. They give filled chocolate rabbits a run.

I remember this avert when I was little. When I was younger I used to have a Mr cadbury's mini egg parrot soft toy and a Mr cadbury's mini egg parrot ornament. I love this advert I hope they bring this back along with the other old cadburys adverts even the old cadbury's cream egg adverts with the funny slogan how do you do it?. I love all of Cadbury chocolates old adverts. I give them all 100 stars but I give this one 1000 stars. I wonder what Mr Cadbury is up to now? I love chocolate yum yum.
