My childhood consists of this arcade game located at the best place, which of course isn't there anymore, the Good Times Emporium in Somerville, MA.... The game was so awesome and the gun would shake and everything. It was worth all my quarters.

Looks pretty cool. Also, I heard that in this game, you have to save Aerosmith from an evil organization who plans on taking over the world. I'd definitely play any game where you have to save Aerosmith.

But since I was just a newborn when this hit arcades (1994), and there are no more arcade machines of it in town...Should I get this on Saturn? I WOULD try MAME, but I could never get MAME to work worth a shit on my computer.

@fanuvgod1 i agree with meryl, both saturn and playstation are as close as it gets, if you do get a working copy of mame, be sure to get the rom for it, brings back the arcade feel cept i miss the track-gun

@Meryl719 I got it to work, on a pretty old version of MAME.

Options<Default Game Options<Controller tab< Enable Mouse. ANd you know how to remap button in the tab menu, no?

SNES version: SUCKS

Genesis version: Okay, but thanks to the Genesis sound board, the music is crap.

PS1 and Saturn versions: Good.

@1Dudelove i'm not sure if this is a possibility though seeing as Midway is no more. Of course, if Raw Thrills got the rights for it and teamed up with WB Games (which i think has the rights to some of Midway's popular properties including Mortal Kombat)

and to think Midway was considering to use Public Enemy and Guns 'n Roses (which was on the verge of disbanding due to several in-band conflicts at the time) instead of aerosmith.
