Dude, he looks like he saves lives because he DOES. He's a cardiothoracic surgeon, Vice-Chair and Professor of Surgery at Columbia University and directs the Cardiovascular Institute and Complementary Medicine Program at New York Presbyterian Hospital.

He's trying to make people healthier and inspire people to change their lives. Obesity is out of control in the western world and he's trying to make a difference. You should listen to him occasionally, one day your life could be in his hands.

Oh, and of course it almost goes without saying but at least when Oz isn't promoting bogus treatments like therapeutic touch, homeopathy, or herbs he actually practices real medicine and saves lives. So as far as I'm concerned, he'll always be a million times better human being than you'll ever be.

Now Dr. Oz is a complete fool and you're right about his stupid scrubs costume, but you're criticizing him for one of the few good things he's promoted on television. It could be worse. He could discourage people from getting proper medical treatment so that he could profit off of books encouraging them to switch to bogus medicines instead like you.
