  • #2 Looked Forward?

  • the music city miracle was bs, that was a forward lateral

  • #5 i was there

  • Simpson's touchdown was impressive. But my favorite touchdown of this season was Ben Roethlisberger's 95yd touchdown pass to Mike Wallace against the Cardinals.

  • Is number 4 even a legal play

  • what name the song ???? 4:39

  • Comment removed

  • no bluegrass miracle?

  • So fun game

  • #1 was really good! a regular catch! o_O

  • They will have to replace one of these with the 12/24/2011 Jerome Simpson touchdown that was absolutely, hands down the best touchdown ever.

  • @wheelieguy the front flip one?

  • #4 he knocked down one of the band people

    lol

  • 1:01 how is that a touchdown

  • I really don't know much about football, but in #4, why are there spectators/bands in the field? D:

  • @raprapin they thought the game was over or something

  • @TomKaren1994 I watched it 5 times. At first, I admit, it looks like an illegal forward pass - but it isn't. He let it fly at the 25 and the guy caught it at the 25. Concentrate on the lines and you'll see it.

  • 5 4 and 3 was way better than 2 and 1

  • #1 wasnt that great

  • I love how he band already was in the field to celebrate and than th e unnexpected happened. By the way , real sequence is 4-3-5-2-1 . The fist position was a really week play that probably is only there because was at a superbowl , and second only worked because of the illegal pass.

  • @TomKaren1994 ... It's the single most-scrutinized lateral pass in NFL history, and it has been proven to be just that: a lateral pass, not a forward pass.

  • dope

  • God i love football

  • Ahh the band is out on the field!!!

  • 4 was the best

  • @TomKaren1994 Two words. Score. Board

  • @CheezburgerReport Actually it's three words. Like. I. Care.

  • number 1 is a standard play that my high school runs...wtf roll right hit the crossing route

  • Comment removed

  • Number 4 is rugby :D

  • number 1 is NOT the best wtf

  • @AznAndy562 Number one is the best because it beat the stinking cowboys.

  • @zazozung no. 3 was better then that

  • Pretty weak #1 in my opinion

  • this whole video is just one pixel

  • @TomKaren1994 it was backwards dumbshit the receiver stuck his hands forward to catch it, scientists put the play into a fucking computer and proved it was legit.

  • @Pkftmfw Oh, I'm sorry... I didn't mean to offend your sensibilities. You sound so emotional over it. Are you OK? Do you need a hot chocolate and a blankie? Or, perhaps you simply need to GO FUCK YOURSELF.

  • @TomKaren1994 Rofl you're cool.

  • Hahaha look at the ref at 4:50!! Epic!

  • 4:32 someone blow the rape whistle!

  • dam u dont see safteys hit like they used to anymore

  • LEHGO NINERS! :D FUCKING RAW AS HELL BACK THEN!

  • im pretty sure number 2 was forward lateral

  • band on the field hahahaha

  • thats a boring sport....

  • At 2:02 what team were they facing?

  • when he went toward the band that band guy got knocked out

  • The pass was forward on #2 ...WHERE IS THE FLAG! he throws it from the 24 to the 26....Foward pass !!!!! WTH another group of blind refs.

  • 0:37

    Just amazing.....

  • @TomKaren1994 it was a backward pass...which is completely legal

  • @etastis25 It looked forward to me. threw it at the 24 caught at the 25.

  • @rcweimer exactly

  • Although it's not popular in my country and I have almost nobody to play it with, this is my beloved sport since I played it on PE in elementar school :D

  • #3 wasn't technically a TD ....

  • @KillalotEredar how the hell was it not a touchdown?

  • @jimiboneyae69 Back then, the because the ball went from steeler to steeler, ie, bounced off a steeler, and caught by a steeler, BACK IN THE DAY this wasn't allowed. Therefore, a call should have been made. Its one of the most controversial plays ever. v=jJep2imUIJE or search "NFL Top Ten Controversial Calls #1 Immaulate Reception" (yes I know its spelled wrong, but thats the title of video).

  • 3:52 is tha black Derek Jeter

  • Wtf is the band just casually standing on the field for at 2:17? Are they stupid? Half of them are just standing there watching the play go.

  • devin hester is no where on here? rubbish

  • 4 # Why the people are in the field? excuse the ignorance

  • 26 people are bills fans....

  • I do like football, but I also love rugby. I wish more football fans would give rugby a go, because if they like 'the play' they'll see something like it every season. This for example: Rhys Priestland against Perpignan in February for instance.

  • what's the name of the song at 3:30 ?

  • Visit me at EspnDub amd be sure to like my page, tryin to get my videia big

  • how was number 2 legal? he caught the ball about a yard ahead of where it was thrown?

  • check out our high school football rusher he does some crazy shit lol. look up Raeshawn Lee highlights. he plays for irvington

  • Can somebody clarifiy this for me? we dont play NFL in my country, whats up with clip 4? i thought only the QB could pass?

    Who can pass?

  • @suckmynose000 i think everyone could pass the ball. but if the QB threw the ball and players failed to catch it, he will get an 'incomplete pass'. if other than QB threw the ball and fail, he will get a 'fumble'.

  • @suckmynose000 that was considered a lateral

  • @suckmynose000 like the other guys said it was a lateral (like in rugby)

  • @suckmynose000 they pitched it back behind them so its legal

  • Just to clear things up: the reason "The Catch" is such a famous play is that it represented the end of the great Cowboys dynasty of the 70s and the beginning of the great Montana led 49ers of the 80s. A deep, perfect throw with 3 guys running down Montana as time expired and good timing on the catch by Clark makes it a good play. It's not #1 because of the technical difficulty, but because of that play's place in NFL history.

  • what the fuckk why where the band out on the field

  • @jonassfd12 They thought the game was over and there team had one so were either leaving, getting ready to play, or going out to celebrate

  • I can't believe they didn't call #2 a forward pass...he throws it just before the 25 yard line and the guy catches it at the 26 !!!!!????

  • #4 is what rugby is

  • @OnnoHGWEricCman Looks like the Allblacks Vs Australia, except abit messier......

  • #4 is my favorite

  • So why on earth was the band on the field at about 2:18 ? Like seriously, wtf?!

  • @ManInTheMorphsuit Because at 2:09 most people thought the play was over.

  • 2:18 HE FUCKING SCORED A TOUCHDOWN! HAHAHA That's classic

  • @MrNoodlesJr It was the 1962 Super Bowl

  • I understand that hailmary winners are the most EXCITING catches, but not the best. #4 the guy that is tackled at 2:10 admitted he was down before the pitch.

I HATE "THE CATCH", its not a great catch or play, where the hell is Santonio Holmes in the corner of the endzone in the Superbowl?!?!?!!!!

  • @acenace24 yea I heard that 2 i watch something about and they said in Stanford record books they won. BTW who acually won the Cal Stanford game

  • Sounds like George W. Bush announcing at :22 seconds? I thought the next thing he was gonna say was "That's what happens when you stay the course".

  • #4 Reminds me of Longest Yard.

  • Guys #1 basically won them the super bowl so stop saying it sucked and it's even called "The Catch" that's how big of a play it was

  • Guys #1 basically won them the super bowl so stop saying it sucked and it's even called "The Catch" that's how big of a play it was

  • #2 was a forward lateral and #1 sucked ass

  • Comment removed

  • To be honest number 1 shouldnt be called the catch. If he had dropped it, no-one would have said it was a difficult catch to make they would have just been furious. The awareness or something about the qbs vision would be more appropriate

  • I dont get this sport. 4 was rugby, 3 was a lucky bounce and i thought 1 was just what you're meant to do

  • HE GAT IT HE GAT IT

  • the immaculate reception was cool but holy jesus they act like its the greatest play ever! i think when brandon stokley caught the tipped ball for a TD against the bengals was a better play

  • 4th is the best..

  • #4 the best!

  • why there are so many non-players on the field when the game still on? #4

  • @endlessRR they thought he was tackled but he got a pitch out at the last second

  • i miss this damn show

  • What was the band doing out on the field?

  • @joeols90 They thought the game was over

  • "they get it down to 30...AHHH THE BAND IS OUT ON THE FIELD!!"...HAHAHAHAH

  • Gr8 video but the 1st wasn't that gr8

  • #1 wasnt even that good

  • does anyone know where to find footage of the packer catch at :48? that was insane

  • #5 sounds lik bert from sesame street

  • The "Music City Miracle" was SOOOOO obviously a forward pass, especially on the slow mo replay. Start at 4:34 and tell me Wychek didn't throw that forward... I'm a Packers fan, so the entire thing is irrelevant to me, but WOW! The Bills got robbed..

  • @DragonSlayer1500 It wasn't I remember them looking at it over and over and over again

  • @DragonSlayer1500 Right, I was surprised they'd put something like that on the list. I had never seen the play before, but that didn't even require any slow motion replays to show that that was a forward pass.

  • @ #4 Band people still getting picked on back in the day :(

  • number 5 lol apparently flutie did it

  • music city miracle should be number 1 even though i reckon it was a forward pass still a amazing play

  • The reason #1 is #1 is because it sent San Fran to the Superbowl and launched a dynasty.

  • what's the name of the song at 03:20 ?

  • 4 should be 1.

  • yea footballs the only sport where if it snows you not only continue the game but wear nothing on your arms every other sport they have to fuckin shut down

  • # 2 was clearly a forward pass

  • #1 should be called the throw not the catch. joe had three guys mowing down on him and threw it to the one spot a td would be.

  • not a Stanford fan but the Cal player appears to be down at 2:10, before he gets rid of the ball.

  • the TOP 100 Touchdowns should of all been Jerry Rice

  • why is the band on the field? (n. 4)

  • @edham89 They thought the game was over.

  • Number 2 shouldnt be a touch down

  • 2:48 SIT THE FUCK DOWN!!!

  • #1 wasnt even the most amazing imo

  • And Thats Why 49ers Rock

  • #4 WHY THE FUCK IS THE BAND ON THE FIELD?

  • damn now i just can't wait tlil football season

  • #3 was like:

Defense Guy- Yeah I got this

Offense Rebounder Guy- Screw you!! *catches ball*

  • the pass on number 2 was a forward pass

  • @TBWWDB i think because from all the way from the receiving place to touchdown, he wasn't stopped or something. honestly, i agree with u

  • Is there something I'm missing here? Number 2 was a forward pass...

  • Too bad this was made before Desean Jackson's punt return vs. the Giants.

  • Man the 9ers where good (back in the days)

  • wow that were some LEGENDARY touchdowns!!!!

  • Am i the only one who thinks the sports announcer on #5 sounds like peewee herman?

  • i love thw kiel from toyota handball bundesliga ¡¡

  • if the band would of tackled the guy in #4 would it count?

  • I LOVE THE GAME OF FOOTBALL <3

  • #2 was a frikin forward pass am I the only one that sees that?

  • the number 1 play isn't that great of a touchdown at all. im pretty sure that kind of play has happened ever since the game involved passing

  • Their should be a web redemption on tosh.o for the band member that got knocked the f$%* out!!!!

  • The Play = basic rugby almost, there would have been much better tackling.

  • Had Instant Replay been around "The Band is on the Field" never would have happened... and a lot of players in the Immaculate Reception game said Franco picked the ball off the ground... But no camera angles support that theory...

  • @chuckyd317 all the oakland fans are saying the ball hit off two steelers players consecutively, which is illegal.

  • I love how how the guy yells, because Magic "Frutty" scores a touchdown. LOL.

  • @KillerR2D2BenLij They did have instant replay you retard

  • what was so amazing about #1?

  • @MrNoodlesJr the niners weren't expected to win that and that game brought them to the superbowl which ended up being one of the best superbowls to this day.

  • @MrNoodlesJr oh, cool

  • @MrNoodlesJr Montana threw it under pressure with 4 linemen coming at him. He also jumped in the air and threw it falling backwards. Then he threw it to clarke and clarke had a full extension in the air to catch it and allow the 49ers to win the nfc championchip. I also disagree with it being number 1

  • @MrNoodlesJr yeah, you trying to catch a ball like that, asshole.

  • @JackM3h0wf geez, it's just a question. you don't have to be a jerk about it.

  • @MrNoodlesJr the throw maybe?

  • @MrNoodlesJr dam num. 1 is legit huh

  • @MrNoodlesJr Are you kidding me, first of all in that time Dallas was the best time, and de 49 were nothing compared with them, second they have only 51 seconds, that pass was improvise at the moment because the Dallas was perfect prepared for the play that the 49 were making and fourth imagine the pressure of Joe it was almost impossible to see who was in the end zone because the 3 of dallas were blocking the view and last did you see how he jump to catch that, and he catch it with his fingers.

  • @MrNoodlesJr Super Bowl winning Catch. I'm german and usually play soccer, but c'mon, you gotta know !

  • @MrNoodlesJr there were three guys in the quarterbacks face and that ball was practically two feet above the receivers head.

  • @MrNoodlesJr umm, it was joe montana for #1... and #2 look at the pressure on him...

  • @MrNoodlesJr The coverage on Joe , And The leap to the Catch /

  • @KillerR2D2BenLij No doubt, was it a playoff game?

  • @KillerR2D2BenLij agreed

  • number 5 comentator sounds like kermit the frog...

  • did LSU's "Bluegrass Miracle" of 2003 make the list? I didn't see all of them.

  • the 4 seems like rugby!!

  • why was the band on the field when they were plaing?

  • @drowningfish018 they thought the game had ended since the guy got tackled, but he was able to lateral in time to keep the ball in play. The band didnt know it was still in play so they went onto the field thinking the game was over

  • lol number 1? i see like 5 of those a week

  • If you liked the Cal-Stanford play, take a look at a last second touchdown by Trinity college. Had at least twice the laterals. And the best part was the announcer actually keeps up with the laterals and who has the ball. A+ effort all around.

  • So the #4 American Football touchdown is any normal Rugby try?

  • @MrCnoufesd Yeah, because it's NOT rugby, duh.
