@TheWasabiSause the guy who explained it isn't right. mr rogers was a host of a television show that jonathan used to watch as a kid, which was called mr rogers neighborhood, which basically taught people how to be good neighbors. jonathan used messages/themes he saw to his neighbors but ended up getting taken advantage of by his neighbors. hence why he made this song.
