i didn't know at first either. Apparently there was this commercial in America where they said "4 out of 5 dentists recommend Trident (a tooth paste)". =)

Trident is actually a brand of gum. It does not have sugar so you can chew it after meals.

On a lot of commercials in the US the some doctors are always recommending a product. It is just general to say, 9 out of 10, or 4 out of 5 doctors recommend so and so/ such and such...
