he definitely hits a little bit, he's definitely around 3.0 to 3.5 playing style was moon ball retriever, but he did have a decent serve and good instincts to recover, you don't think about that when you're first starting you usually look at your shot or whatever he was recovering and anticipating pretty good.

@diablomid I agree... he said he never had a lesson, but he didn't say he never plays. He could be self taught. I'd say he's playing at a 3.0, maybe 3.5 level.

Well, it depends on where you compete. So. Cal. and Florida have some of the hardest competition. You could be top 10 in one region, but you wouldn't even crack top 70 in others. I really don't think this is the first time this guy played tennis. :D

And what my coach always says. "You never know how a person until you play a match against them." Her strokes, serve.. are solid. Good tactics, knows where to place shots, knows when to go for a winner...
