@amarcosic1 yeah it was a shame but part of what made Thierry great was the skill and chemistry of the old Arsenal squad. Players like beergkamp, vieira, pires, ljunberg, gilberto, (just to name a few) but when these great players left Arsenal and moved on/retired the younger players came in just was not the same (no offence to them, good players but just lacking the sort of quality and chemistry the 2003/04 Arsenal squad had.) Also he's getting older now, he can play out the rest of his career.

are you kidding? the way he plays in the MLS not saying he isn't trying but is horrible compared to how he used to play for arsenal. He is just lucky no one cares about the MLS or his carreer with have ended with him being horrible. even affley is way better than Henry at his current state.
