second attempt: I found the cmd in my system 32 folder and right clicked to "run as administrator"

but now when I put in the mspformat\mspformat.exe F

it says:

Write error.

what the crap?

the CMD asks the "are you sure" question, and when I hit y and enter, it says:

do u have winrar cause thats how u open it if u dont go to google and type in winrar download it install it then open the file
