I've been trying to shed extra pouds this summer too. One thing I nixed was drinking beer as the beverage of choice during my offtime.Switched to gin and tonics on the weekends, but I've had to learn they pack more wallop then the average beer. I still have the occasional beer, just not the whole 12 pack in one sitting.
