Fuckinghell! Some bastard had stuck feathers on all those poorly treated barn grown chickens! And they had put food and heating in there. Well out of order.

And those blokes sticking the chickes in those little cages and shopping bags after they had been allowed to roam free.

Makes my blood boil!

i recon it is sick how peole treat chickens. i have 7 chickens of my own and they are the best pet u can ever have.if u look after them propilly they will let u stroke them and let u pick them up.i know it might sound stuid but i talk to my chicken.i live right next to a football club and the chickens get u on the pich so all i have to do is wistle and they come back and if any1 hurt any of them i would be after them.my chickens are my life.

ya ur right, i still eat meat but if they would be more respectful to the animals instead of cutting them open alive burning then throwing baby pigs heads against concrete and making animals live in cages all there life then it would be fine but they dont do that.

Hooray for saving the chickens! They are much better off wild. Natural instincts will kick in and they will be able to survive just fine. I have had the priveledge of caring for free-range chickens, and they love their lives! If predators take them, it's nature, at least they don't die at the hands of cruel profit-seeking scum.

Terrible to keep chickens in this condition, but the owner has the right to do so unless the law is changed. Entering his premises and causing criminal damage - burglary!

The chickens are not used to living outside they'll all die being attacked by foxes and other wild animals so this is a pointless activity.

All I can say it's a bloody waste of time, and when the perpetrators get identified, arrested and processed they deserve all they get.

FUCK CHICKENS! FUCK EM IN THE ASS! i shoot them with a 12 gauge, then i use the bait for coyotes, which i also shoot with a 12 gage. If i get lucky a puma comes along and i kill them too. I left the carcasses piled in the middle of my neighbors field and collected the horns, feathers, and spurs to sell to illegal immigrants on the black market.

Wow John, have you actually grown to think that chickens are SUPPOSED to look like that? Theyre naturally so fattened without feathers and their skins raw and they live tighly packed and barely move surrounded by their dead relatives? Its sad, i worked with kids once, and when asked where elephants live they said "in a cage"...You sound like those kids...

I wonder if this is a so-called "Freedom Foods" place. It means nothing of course. The RSPCA have reduced themselves to a pile of chicken droppings. They only ever turn up if there is a camera team around. God knows what they do with the donated millions they get. Anyway, back to this, good on you! if you really want to make a difference to animal welfare, you should campaign to the consumer about what it means when they buy cheap meat. Cheap meat means corners are cut, welfare will be lower.If all foreign meat imports were stopped, british farmers wouldn't have to skimp on welfare costs to be competitive, because they would be able to get a fair price for their products. As long as consumers want to buy cheap meat, welfare will be lower. Supply and demand,thats what this is all about
