It's actually able to pull itself into and out of the water with its bucket and up onto a truck trailer to be taken from job to job. Normally it moves in the water with a swivelling propeller in back.

Yes it does. a huge insect! Pretty cool to watch though, it actually looks like it mnoves like a big insect as well
