  • I just joined my local fire dept. my goal in life is FDNY seeing that i was born in 911 and i know 50+ people that died that day in both fdny and nypd

    may all RIP

  • They had to fking torture osama bin laden for killing all those innocent people on the World Trade Centers. And not kill him in one shot, he shoudlt have been do the same to him as he did to all the innocent people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! god i hate that guy

  • me and my dad sometimes have huge fights. but we both belong to the same vol. company. so on the day of this big fire we had at an industrial plant he left on Rescue 295 and i didnt. then part of the plant he was at exploded and i thought i would never see my father again. So to all kids that are in the fire service with a parent... be good to them. you never know when the last time you might see them is. my father is the best there is and im proud to serve with him

  • what the fuck is wrong with the 32 people who disliked this video?

  • I love the Picture @ 1.35! I don't believe in angles but if that angel had dark hair it would be my wife and how she supported me through some very dark times in the last 15 years. The angel in the pic seams to absorb some of the pain and reminds me so much of my own version of an angel! Thanks Pet! "another 15 no probs"

  • i respect all firefighters i am in school right now to become a firefighter and i thnk everyone who calls on firefighters for eveything i will graduate and do the best to make my family and everyone proud of being the best firefighter i can

  • In the process of becoming a full-timer. Just started poc shifts every third night. Its a great job that is tough at first, but once you get to know the guys and gain respect, your duty to the job increases. In the heat of the moment you dont think about how important your job is, but when the call is over it really hits you. Learn everyday, be safe.

  • good video i am a volinteer ff in ontario and i love it

  • its a hard job, theirs thing that happen on scene that some of the guys on my dipartment cant tell just beacuse of how upsetting it is. the best thing to remember os our firefighter prayer. God bless us in all of our dept. and God bless the people we help

  • god bless those who have lost there lives doing what they did you are not forgotten god bless the family's who have lost loved one's that were firefighter's they will not be forgotten god bless America 9-11 S.R.F.D

  • what song is this?!?!?!

  • @GrnPantsProductions Shine your light by Robbie Robertson.

  • @GrnPantsProductions Shine your light by Robbie Robertson.

  • this video makes me think about what my boyfriend of 3 years has to do EVERYDAY... everytime he has to leave for a fire i begin to cry but i know that everything will be okay... hoping he sees this i want him to know how much i love him and appreciate his bravery... he is and always will be MY BRAVE FIREFIGHTER..!!! <3

  • you know there are people that repesct what we do as firefighterts as i am for l.a.co.f.d. station 118 and people need to respect that we can die doing what we do at any time....

  • @simspost12explorer Dude I idolize you along with my dad who is a captain you work for the very same department I want to work for go LACoFD!!!!

    GOD BLESS ALL THE FIREFIGHTERS!!!

  • There are few people other than firemen that actually understand the horror and the rewards of the job. Before i joined 1 year ago this week i thought that it actually looked fairly easy, just spray water on a fire, boy was i wrong. In the 1 year ive been in ive seen every kind of job a firefighter does from the absolutely stupid (tree in road, which was actually 6 inches in the one lane) to the absolutely horrific (pickup into tree at over 100 mph sideways with a DOA). I now respect my brothers

  • MAKES ME SAD,,,I LOVE MY FIREFIGHTERS

    MAY YOU ALWAYS BE SAFE!!!

  • I became a volunteer firefighter as soon as I turned 18.. It has to be the bast decision I have ever made in the life. There is no other job out there where you will have such a strong connection with co-workers, not only from your station but with all firefighters.

  • Ive been a volunteer for just over a year in a county thats ALL volunteer, mabe it will change mabe not, my only regret is that I spent my life till rescently badmouthing firefighters, I'm sorry i was ignornant, I love being a fireman and this is the best brotherhood in the world, I spent 10yrs in the military and they never came close to the bond I feel with the fire service. God bless all my brothers and sister firefighters. Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company, Harford County MD

  • The military says they have the best brotherhood and I feel when you make a family in something like fire something that can jump and do things you least expect and your not fighting a mortal being but instead saving one thats the best brotherhood youll ever find

  • The truth is that fire fighters don't risk there life's everyday. we take risks just like any other workers, our work takes balls but we do it safely. so all the talk about that we risks our life's everyday is not true. its just drama queen bullshit. I also want to say that its a awesome job and i love it. greetings from Sweden.

  • I love this song. All my life I have grown up with my fellow firefighters. My dad is a firefighter and my aunt and cousin are also firefighters. I'm trainning to be one right now. Every time they go out of a call, I wonder if I'll ever get to see them again. But I'm so proud of them and I love them. So I'm going to sing this song at our schools upcoming talent show. I love you guys. Thanks to all firefighters who are out there everyday risking everything for the lives of others and their homes.

  • my father is a firefighter and i fear every time he goes to work that he wont come home i love him and i love what he does

  • i am a jr ff and it is the biggest brotherhood in the world... when i got my first call it was a structure fire with endtrapment and it was horrible but we stuck toughter and people who critize ff need to jump off cliffs bc they have no idea about how strssfull this job is

  • ive been a firefighter for a year now,it was the best decision ive ever made,i love what i do,saving lives is the absolute best feeling

  • i am a volunteer firefighter and just wanted to say great video

  • Watch: ilikefiremen com & enjoy

  • God bless them all and all the ones that want to be a firefighter :*)

  • read a poll once:

"which sector of profession do you trust more in" ?

firefighters were first with a 98% ratio of confidence, way before cops

  • I'm 16, not a firefighter just yet but on my way. I'm one of the lucky few who are an Explorer (Juniour Firefighter). I do everything these fine men and women do, this is, by far the biggest family in the world. Firefighting is a brotherhood and it always will be.

  • @Duo090Productions its so true it is the strongest botherhood and always will be and thanks for helping serve Im 22 years old and started out as a junior and i became a full fledge firefighter class 2 back in 2009 and i love the work the people and the bond everyone have god bless us volunteers and profesionals alike

  • @cmuffler1 That's really cool man, I can't wait. I want to be a Firefighter in the military, what state do you work in? I'm down in Florida lol

  • Everyone joins a fire department for reason, some because they are too young to join a paid department and some to give back to their community. Volunteer or not, a firefighter is still a firefighter. You can give as much back as a volunteer as you can on a paid department. What matters is you are doing your part to help someone you have never met and maybe even save a life in the process. As a firefighter myself, nothing is more rewarding than what i give back to others, not praise i am given

  • you know what i respect everyone of you. For serving te public and the country. im looking forward to going into the marine corp when im older and all of you guys are in my prayers. god bless you all.

  • Im 17, im doing training right now i turn 18 in December and my life is dedicated to being a fireman and saving lifes and serving my country.

  • I will be a FIREFIGHTER!!

  • Firefighters , Ploice Men , People seving this country overseas , Doctors , they all deserve our respect. Cause you know they dont do it for the money , they do it to make this country a better place and damn do they do a god job at it. Cant wait to become a firfighter myself.

  • Much respect to all you firefighters out there! I work as a Chemical Operator at my job and as an operator we have to be on an Emergency squad which is pretty much firefighting. We dont get nearly as much training as you guys nor as much as we should really. But just the day and a half of training we just did gave me a whole new respect for you guys!

  • this can also go for police officers to, i am currently in training to be a cop

  • god bless the men and woman who lost there lives doing this dagerous job the men and woman who were in 9-11 you are not forgoten god bless you all

  • i am a firefighter

  • the best job n the world firefighter love the video fuck the assholes who disliked this video

  • God bless all of my brothers and sisters out there...Keep safe. Nothing compares to the brotherhood of firefighters. No matter what happens they always have your back. Keep it up! I'm proud to have served these past 3 years

  • R.I.P. to all Fire Fighters of the World....if Americans or Germans....whatever

Alle Feuerwehrleute der Welt ruhet in Frieden..ob Amerikanische oder Deutsche egal...

  • I am 15 and I just got a job with my local fire department cleaning the trucks and the station and even though I am not a part of the brotherhood yet i still feel so happy to be working at the side of some of the bravest men in the country!

  • Im a volunteer firefighter in my town and I LOVE IT!! Yah it can be tough but as long as your saving someones life that really counts. My dads ben a member for 22 years now. I ben involved since I was a little fire explorer at 14. To all my fallen brothers in my department and others may you rest in peace and rock the heavens!!

  • Thank you on behalf of the WRFD. And on behalf on the 343 that died to save the lives of those trapped. They knew every second that they were climbing those towers that they might never see there families again, but did that stop them? No, they kept going up knowing they werent going to come down.

  • heros

  • I cant believe this is still up!!!! Corey you the man!! It still looks like we are trying to chop each others heads off in front of engine 5!!!! Next time dont take pics a 2 in the am!!!

  • The second most stressful job in the country (the only one MORE stressful is the president). 75% of firefighters are volunteers. The ones who do get paid will never get rich doing it. It`s long hard hours away from the family. Its dirty dark hard work. But it is the BEST job in the world and if you make it into a department, you are part of the strongest brotherhood in the world.

  • @scollins1191 my dads a volunteer volunteer and when the days hes gone all day fighting fires just scares the crap out of me like when the fires in texas where going on he was gone for a whole week im just happy hes back <3!!!

  • @scollins1191 i love being a ff but it really hurts when you loose a fellow brother "STAY SAFE BROTHERS"

  • @scollins1191 i completely agree. i am a volunteer in charlestown RI, and its the best job i could ever ask for. its by far the most satisfying job that i could ask for. i love it so much

  • @scollins1191 my older brother is a firefighter and im an infantry Marine. Semper Fi

  • @scollins1191 Amen brother to all my other brothers out there keep fighting the good fight.

  • @scollins1191 im trying to get on a fire dept. right now i really hope i make it, i want to save lives & help people for my entire life time.

  • I see 29 dislikes on this, I can't believe that you could say that you dislike this Bet you will be the first ones to get a lawer if they don't come and save your asses fast enough,, I say they should just stay home when you cry out for help, but unlike you all they won't they will come running to save you!!!

  • All firefighters in USA are the best and the most experienced of the whole world. Have some respect for the people emergency services.

They throw there live away, to save yours. A little respect is enough for them.

But they only apriciate respect, no hate. Salute to y'all firefighters, up in heaven, and down saving human live's.

  • aggh. the bagpipes get me everytime!!!!

    God Bless our Firefighters<33

  • May GOD Please Blessing YOU ALL!!!!!!!

  • end beautiful songSQUAWK

  • Dad, im proud of you. You tell me stories, about you voluntarily becoming a firefighter... it wasnt your job, saved lifes, and animals homes for no money. You showed me your firefighter hat, and i asked why you quit. You said "Well sweetheart. I wanted to help, but your older sister was on the way. I needed to quit, and get a real job, one closer to home." Dad thanks for saving lives, i know your friend will be happy, and that he is watching over you. RIP john, you died so strangers could live<3

  • Greetings to all brothers and sisters all over the world from a firefighter of the FD Magdeburg in Germany. Come back safely from all your duties!!

  • i love this song

  • R.I.P. 9/11 firefighters

  • You know some days its not the easiest or even the most fun job... you dont hear that a lot from one of us, but its true.

Then the next call you can see it in someones eyes... that they are thanking god you are there. Thats what brings it all back into perspective...

  • can wait till i grow older and try to become a firefighter to save lives.

  • where the heck did you get the image for 1:36.

  • best job on earth cant wait until i can do it

  • just want to thank you for the video i am a firefighter in maine be safe to all my brother and sister firefighters always stay safe

  • I am a Canadian fire fighter and my heart is out to all the firemen families that have suffered so greatly do to their bravery....From your Canadian brother

  • Best quote I heard on why we as firefighters, do what we do came from Rescue Me.

    "It's not an occupation. It ain't a job. It's a calling."

No other way to put it. You're either a firefighter, or you're not.

  • to the 28 people who dislike this whats wrong with you? these people risk their lives to save your sorry ass out of a burning house or a mangeld piece of metal that was your car, im gettin ready to go into the fire dept with my dad maybe if you disliked this, id be pullin your ass out and you wont dislike this anymore

  • I've been a volunteer & paid FF/EMT/Command Officer for 24 years, and my husband is an Army Medic turned civilian FF/Medic/Chief for 26. We've seen so many changes thru the years, but the one thing that NEVER changes is the absolute commitment to others that all our Brothers & Sisters show. Today would have been the 40th Bday of our friend and Brother, Ky-LODD 9-11-01,you left us too soon, keep the beer cold Brother, we'll be home when it's time.

  • i am a volunteer fire fighter it makes me feel good to help some one

  • Who could dislike this? This is an amazing video put together for the homefront heroes.

  • luv firefighters

  • great video

  • i know right

  • R.I.P GFD firefighter Crawford

  • magnifique hommage à tous ces Hommes qui donnent leur vie pour celle des autres. je les admire plus que tout!!!!! ce sont de vrais Héros de part le monde!!!!

  • this is why i want to be a fire fighter. not becasue they are heros but they are the breavest (besides the military) questions like why do you run in to a burning building when everyone else is running out? watch ladder 49 and that is the reason they dont do it because they want to be heros. they want to be brave.

  • I think fire fighters have one of the worst job in the world......Thank the Lord we have these brave men and women who put their own lives on the line for us....Going into burning buildings to save us......

THANK YOU EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU from the bottom of my HEART!!!!

I pray God's grace on each of you..

  • i have an ex who was a firefighter...my father was a firefighter part time all volunteer..and now my son is joining the ranks for a volunteer firefighter...without these and others like them...more loss of home and life would occur. I could not run into a burning building...this is not my gift in life...i worry every day of my life that my son will not return to me...this is his calling...but my heart aches every time he responds to his calling...Godbless them all.

  • true heroes!

  • When I’m called to duty God wherever flames may rage, give me strength to save a life whatever be it’s age Help me to embrace a little child before it is too late or save an older person from the horror of that fate Enable me to be alert to hear the weakest shout and quickly and efficiently put the fire out I want to fill my calling and to give the best in me, to guard my neighbour and protect his property
  • Fucken narcistic loosers. Do the job you are paid to do and PLEASE shut the fuck up!!! You don't see farmers blowing sunshine out of their asses and they are WAAAYYYY more important than you faggots. CHRIST give us all a fucken break will yah?

  • @thewheathead Paid? And here I am running into burning buildings and pulling people out of wrecks for free. Just like the other 73% volunteers firefighters.

  • @thewheathead

When fire is cried and danger is neigh,

    "God and the firemen" is the people's cry;

But when 'tis out and all things righted,

God is forgotten and the firemen slighted.

    ~Author unknown

  • @thewheathead are you serious? remember that when a firefighter pulls you out of your burning house to save your life.

  • @r34p3r1234321 After his bitch-ass pulls me out. That mother fucker better make me a snack and give me a soda!

  • @thewheathead WOW, dude get real. You are being one hell of a bitch-ass. Can't you just appreciate firefighters for once in your life? They are making sacrifices to help out others. Just let go of your egocentrism and appreciate their duty.

  • @r34p3r1234321 Well it with out saying " How do you know when there is a firefighter in the room at a party?" ------- He has told you three times already that he is firefighter. I respect people that deserive it. DON"T ASK FOR RESPECT fucken watertruck driver. It is earned!

  • @thewheathead Water truck driver? I hope you remember that when no one comes for your pathetic life in a real fire.

  • @thewheathead When you grow the balls to join a FD and serve then you can say what you want bout but I'm willing to bet the reason youre like this is because you applied either Voulenteer or paid to a department and got rejected. Anycase the only bitch ass here is you fuckface! Do the world a favor shut your retarded ass the fuck up get the dick out your mouth and jump off a cliff THANKS!!!

  • @Moose82690 I can guarantee this is 100% the reason.

  • @Moose82690 a men these people put their own lives at risk

  • @sas44321 yes they do and i love every minute of this work except when the public or the victim turns into a asshole for god knows what reasoning

  • @Moose82690

the only bitch ass is you im guessing you have no idea what a firefighter or their family goes through. so you shut your retarded ass up and get the dick out of your mouth you should be the only one to jump off a cliff you fucking numb nut. you son of a bitch-cluster fuck im getting ready to apply for a fire department you have no right to say shit its a hard job if you have the balls to take on the challenge it is rewarding id like too see you do it

  • @amdobbins26 Well good for you bud, but FYI I am a firefighter in PA so before you go insulting people and saying shit think. Ive been doing this since october 2008, When my company got the new rescue. Now if you read the comment I replied to to that guy he was an asshole so Im standing up against his retarded comment. SO please go read the comment the thewheathead wrote youl understand why i wrote wha ti did and if you didnt like it u took it the wrong way.

  • @thewheathead Farmers don't have to hold a 19 year old girls head while blood and brain matter pour out of it cause her ex got pissed off.

  • @clayboy16 No shit fucktard! Neither do firetruck drivers BITCH! That's what Paramedics do. Are special needs or something? Always remember " God created Paramedics, so firefighters could have heros too!" Keep that shit up and a Paramedic will be holding your brains.

  • @thewheathead Stupid fuck I am a firefighter and I have held a girl while she bled out, It's a disgrace to say that I have to protect your pathetic ass life. Ungrateful fuck.

  • @clayboy16 So have i bud its sad that assholes like this guy exist but fuck him let him be by himself when he needs help

  • @thewheathead hey jackass were im from firefighters are paramedics and emts to. now dont u feel reatarded. oh and our volunteers which i am have to be a minimum of first responder. do reasearch before u make urself sound stupid.

  • @thewheathead Fuck face let me say this to you and make it perfectly clear I do this Job becasue I enjoy helping the public I dont get paid Im a voulenteer. Number two how about the times the fd beats the paramedic and emts to the scene? Out my way yes ems is paid staff but if they are busy they can be a few extra mintues coming from hospital so now again i saw fuck yourself have a nice day cock sucker and hope the day i see you your fucked up and i have to cut you out of a car

  • @thewheathead when lighting strikes your barn and burns your harvest who will you be calling dickhead

  • @thewheathead well when you get into a MVA because some college kid was drunk or some girl was texting or even better yet...you get hit by a farmer in a grain truck haulin ass to collect his pay, just remeber who is goin to extricate and prep you for the medics and EMTS to haul your broken body to the hospital. ME AND MY BROTHERS.....Firefighters. oh and just to let you know, I have worked every incident I named above, the drunk, the girl texting and the farmer that rolled his grain truck

  • @Fire380Fighter I'd bet you've worked those incidents more than once in your time, am I right?

  • @thewheathead And what about when that farmer finds his house on fire? Farmers feed people, yes, they are important. However...firefighters save the lives of hundreds of thousands of people, some even have to do that around another job. How about this: You try their job for about 3 weeks, then see what you think about it. That work?

Keep your hateful comments to yourself, you'll never win.

  • @thewheathead dude they go through a lot of stuff what if you were in one of the twin towers and a firefighter died saving you so shut your hillbilly mouth up and farm

  • i dont see anyone else brave enough to run in to hell and say "F*** You" to the devil...

    -343
