Never never pot mod lasers, it will lower your laser lifetime to 5 minutes (even kill that poor critter)and it will only higher the power of about 10-20mW

if u take apart the part where the light comes out, u will find a small micro chip. if u look carefully u will find a rectangular/square piece that says 03. take a soldering gun and hold it on that part for like 3 sec. this will disable it. all u have to do then is put it back together and u have a burning laser. i hope this solves your answer. good luck.

no. 5mw lasers dont burn anything. only unless its 50mw or higher. instead of buying one u can disable a part in it so its like 150mw. its reaally cooooool!!!!!
