  • YOU JUST HELPED ME EARN MY PAYCHECK!

  • 293 virgins

  • 4.2622E-217 is an error, you have too many decimals. try doing the calculus on a piece of paper, replacing and estimating the decimals with 10 to -1 (-2, ...-n power) or positive power depending on your calculus.

  • TY man, you saved me alot of research +1

  • ummm im trying to do this but i have vista format of excel...so can you help me?

  • My Excell doesn't give me a TSTAT option, only TTEST, TINV, and TDIST?

  • @Marluvvy

TTEST is the one you want to choose.

  • I don't usually comment on videos, but felt I had to thank you, best explanation I've ever had! Thanks!

  • Great explaination, the best I've seen having worked in market and social research for 20 years.

  • hey i cant find data analysis in the add-on list can you tell me where it is?

  • hey this is great and all but can you do one with unequal amount of numbers please

  • @drprettyboyhot1

You certainly can, When you select the ttest function, it asks for 4 things. The first two things are the number arrays. It's ok if they have different amounts. The third thing it asks for is the number of tails. Select 2 here. The fourth thing it asks for is the type of ttest. Enter in "3" here. This is for unequal variance.

  • @rwinters123

thank you and this is the same person just a different account

  • Why do my results make no sense? I'm getting things like 8.2234E-18

  • @jennyinwaiting

Your results make perfect sense. The ttest number you got is just very low. many decimals worth. This means your two sets of data are very different.

  • Random guy teaching me stuff on youtube: I love you, will you marry me? <3

  • Major freak out avoided. Lethal jab. Good work

  • very well explained...i was completely enlightened and i know about t test now...very elaborately explained...great work!

  • exp((Thank you!)^(Thank you!))!

  • Cheers Mate

  • THANNK YYYOUU SO MUCH!! My bio teacher is a dunce, so thanks again. Only question i got is what is what is the results of the t test? My question in the book is literally"Results of t-test for our set of class data". My p value was .37, so i put that number down and said no statistical difference between the 2. Is that right?

  • Thank you for this great explanation. You should give stats course.

  • Really breaks things down if you never taking a stats class. Great Job!

  • Thank you for this video. Your explanation was thorough and precise.

  • Than you so much!

  • Thank you much, this video was a great help :-)

  • if we have two independent sets of data shouldn't we have used an f test first to check if their variances were equal before deciding which t test to use?( unequal variance or equal variance)

we don't use the F test when we we have paired data because it's the same individual right??

  • This video helped me very much! thank you!

  • You are a man who made an impossible task come true. I UNDERSTAND the t-test! Thank you!
