Thank you for the informative video. I also have CMT and I have been having more difficulty with balance and walking. I will try these braces and will start seeking medical treatment. I have been to neurologists, and I have been told to get physical therapy and occupational therapy, but I work full time and don't have the time to do all that is necessary. Work is becoming difficult I am always tired. Do you work fulltime? I hide my disability but its getting harder to hide. Thank you

@boonoboono Thank you so much for this letter, it made my day that I could help. Since he is so little please be careful of the medicines he takes, certain foods that are toxic to him. @luancp You can google foot ups by OSSUR and shop for them and find the cheapest site. They should run approx 60.00 each. I order a size large, as they run small. You can also buy replacement pieces that wear out seperately.

Thank you Bev this was very helpful to me. I have CMT as well and every since the MDA stopped helping me buy my afo's I have been wearing the same ones for 8 years. I wondered about the foot ups and have to admit I wasn't to sure about how good they would be with severe foot drop like we have, I can see they help you a lot. I may buy some soon. I am actually waiting on fedex to bring my ossur leaf spring braces and I'm excited. Thanks for the cool video!
