where do you buy a outfit like this,what is the name of the outfit,tryed to find on e-bay under gogo or dance can't find

Just guessing that they made their costumes. Many dancers do. Buy about 7 yds of chainette fringe and sew it in rows onto a strong bra for the top. Then make or buy a mini skirt and sew rows of the fringe onto that.

Not too hard if you know how to sew.
