I remember seeing Tony Rudd in concert in the early 90's. He only played one set and started it by asking if anyone wanted a haircut afterwards. Everyone thought he was making some sort of joke. He wasn't - he cut the hair of six audience members during the next musician's act. This was in a pub - everyone got hair in their beer and in the ketchups on the sides of plates, next to fries.

Still good though.
